Here one can find Brian Maggio, who is a licensed Pedorthist. A pedorthist is a professional who has specialized training to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect the feet and lower limbs. I am a Type2 diabetic. As a diabetic Medicare will provide one pair of shoes a year. After jumping through all the hoops that Medicare makes you jump through, The paperwork ends up with Brian, and that's when the magic begins. Brian measures your feet, makes suggestions on styles of shoes then makes impressions of your soles for inserts that will fit into the new shoes. Once all this is completed, one leaves the store with "happy feet." Brian is a laid back, down to earth person who is very easy to talk to about any problems you may have with your shoes. Brian is at this store only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the other days he's in Tampa. I highly recommend and trust Brian Maggio. Back to Health Aid Company. They can handle all your durable equipment needs, such as, wheelchairs, both manual and electric, mobility scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds, commodes, crutches, canes, and walkers. Some of these items can be rented too.

I love the soft serve ice cream at the hot deli stand. I don't order anything else from there…read moreexcept the ice cream. I get OTC items at the pharmacy so I can use my HSA/FSA card (HSA/FSA card only accepted at the pharmacy register for OTC items). I asked the lady behind the register to bag up my OTC items & she said no that I can just show my receipt at the door. I don't think she realizes I would have to bypass the main registers with my items before heading towards the door. It made me feel awkward walking pass the registers with all my OTC items lol. They prolly think I didn't pay lol. Usually, the person behind the pharmacy counter brown bags all items purchased from that register which that was done every time prior to this particular day. Next time, I will make sure they get in the brown bag so I'm don't have to hassle with the folks at the main registers. My brother is a pharmacist at a different Costco & when I told him about my OTC purchase not bagged... he told me that the pharmacy clerk should have brown bagged my OTC items purchased there. To next time make sure it's bagged. The tire center is spectacular!!! I've had all my vehicles serviced here & other Costcos with new tires. Very reliable tire center they know a lot about cars too. Saved close to $400 on new tires here instead of the car dealership.

And one star because the parking lot was brightly lit. NO additional stars for having the worst pump ever encountered! (AVOID Pump #6.) Except for the one screen that read "Welcome-- Pay credit outside (or) Pay debit outside" (see pic), there were NO other screens (messages) to provide instructions-- NO way to know to put the credit/debit card in, punch the numbers, what key to press, or know when the tank was full. Not even a way to know that the transaction was finished. Couldn't even request a receipt! An absolutely RIDICULOUS pump-- such a sorry state of disrepair! (I guessed on what to press, & will have to check my banking statement to assure I was charged correctly.) So tired of paying high gas prices to businesses that don't do routine upkeep of their pumps & property. I needed to get back to North Tampa & desperately needed gas in the middle of the night. On a regular day & under normal circumstances, I would not return to this business-- EVER. There appeared to be a small convenience store attached. There was a young male worker on the curb enjoying a smoke while I was pumping gas. Due to the area of town, I definitely wouldn't recommend hanging out for any length of time in this part of town @ this time of night. But that may just be me-- as a single female who's former law enforcement, I'm very careful w/ my surroundings. This area didn't feel comfortable.
