I made an appointment for 3 to get the vaccine and I had to wait in a very long line just to tell them that and I had to wait after that for about 10 minutes so I didn't end up getting the shot until 3:45. It's just very chaotic in here. read more

DO NOT use the drive thru. LITERALLY sat there 40 minutes and one guy in front of me pulled out of line or it would have been longer!!! Drop off yours scripts and pick them up. That's it. It's not hard!! Do you have the newest employee manning this job or what??!! When I'm sick and can't come in, it sure would be nice if you could comprehend the purpose of the drive thru service!!!!!! read more

What Jen G said. Even at midnight, the pharmacist was on duty, knowledgeable, polite and followed through on her promise to locate an insulin I needed but that store didn't stock. Kilgore and Longview, TX stores could take a lesson. The other Walgreens on Race Ave needs some ups as well. Both stores rock!!! read more

I called in a prescription yesterday at 10:30 and the lady said it would be ready at 1:15. No problem. I forgot one so, I immediately called back and a man answered he said he had no idea when he could have that one ready. I asked for approximately what time. He very rudely Saif I DON'T KNOW. CHECK BACK. WE ARE GIVING COVID SHOTS. I said that's great, but I'm out of this drug and it's a narcotic that can't be filled a day sooner and shouldn't be filled a day later. I hate Walgreens. I have never liked them. The only reason I use them is because they are the only pharmacy that will fill my medication from my doctor. I am stuck with them. I would rather take an ass whipping as to call in a prescription or to go pick it up. They are rude. The lines are long. They don't have enough help even before covid. This has to get better. I use Walmart for all my other prescriptions. I love them they are awesome, nice easy to call in and pick up. read more

A very clean, well-maintained store. While it might not be fast, it is about 15-20 minutes faster than Walgreens I have used in Chicago, Kansas City, elsewhere in Kansas and a solid 40 minutes faster than Dallas locations. The people are pleasant and ask if you need help. I am glad to see companies remember that people and providing them service is what keeps their lights on. read more
