The Walgreens in Tramway, NC is the absolute best! They were so helpful and kind in making our photo books for our school! They helped me with the layout, the best way to save money, and were so quick to make our photo books. I will definitely be going back for all my photo needs! read more

This pharmacy is horribly run. They tell you a two hour wait then you get there and wait in the drive through line for another hour to be told 3 hours later your prescription still isn't ready. Clearly they don't have enough staff considering this isn't the first time this has happened to me with 8 cars waiting behind me in this line as well. read more

Went here for a rapid covid 19 test. Arrived at 10:01, pulled out at 10:48. Other than the wait it was a very smooth and well organized process. The technician working at the window was friendly, especially considering she is well overworked along with her fellow employees at this location during these very trying times. My hat goes off to anyone having to administer these tests and having to come in contact with so many potential sick individuals. read more

would not even give 1 star! I see my MD every 3 months and she tells me she always sends 2 refills on my prescription so I don't have to call her every month for a rf, however every time I call WG, they say she didnt give refills so I have to call her anyway. I asked WG over a week ago to fax her rf request because I was almost out of my medicine and once again they said she did not give refills, I then called WG last Monday to inquire about my medicine which would run out on Tuesday, I was then told they didn't have time to send a rf request and I should call the doctor myself which I did again, it was late in the day as I was trying to make these calls on my breaks at work so my doctor didn't get my message until Tuesday but she did send it once again like asked her to do. Walgreens got my prescription on Tuesday last week, then said they didn't have it and would have to order it, and it would be there Friday, I called Friday, it wasn't in yet and I should check back on Saturday, I did, was told to check back Sunday, I did. Today is Sunday, I was told it would be Monday now. I have been out of my medicine for 5 days! I will be finding a better pharmacy with better service! I would NOT recommend WG to my worst enemy! SORRY,SORRY customer service!!! read more

Entire location is extremely slow! If you're heading to the pharmacy be ready to wait at the minimum 30min. Find a different location if you don't have time. The knowledge might be here but will to work is not. read more

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in the pharmacy. Just blew my top after them being out of my meds from time to time. Came back after lunch the next day as I was told. Wasn't ready so I wasted about 45 min. at another store. Came back and it still wasn't ready. The pharmacist had to check it and he stepped out. I've been with them for years but that was it. There's a pharmacy right out side of my neighborhood. Think I'll use them. Sorry Walgreens but I just had to move on. read more

Went to get a COVID shot. Had an appointment at 11 and wasn't even seen in the line until 11:40 to then be told I was going to have to wait even longer to get it. What is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to be seen in a timely manner? The information they took from me at the desk was the same info I filled out online. Have a separate line for COVID check ins! I had to wait in line behind people getting prescriptions and having insurance issues. That's ridiculous! If you want people to get this shot, sort out these issues! Now I'm leaving without it. read more

Waited 45 outside in the pharmacy line because I was picking up a prescription for 86 y family member in the car. Was asked to come in to get it in 20 more minutes or come back in 2 hours. Poor lady behind me outside was told to come in also. She had it worst since she was told to be here 3 hours earlier and waiting also read more

Very disappointed by the service! I would give less than one star if possible!!! I dropped off my prescription to be filled via the drive thru right after lunch on Saturday. The clerk was serving another customer inside and left us waiting for a full ten minutes without even an acknowledgment or an "i'll be there in a minute" or something. I handed out my pill bottle to a quite snippy clerk and was told to be back before 6 pm to pick up my meds. At 5.55 i was sent a text letting me know that the prescription had NOT been filled. I was given a number to call, but since the store closed at 6 pm, no-one was there to pick up when I called! The following morning I called and was put on hold for 29 minutes!!! I am not even kidding on the time. I was on hold for half an hour! I had an appointment so I proceeded to put my phone on speaker while I was on hold so I could get ready while waiting for someone to get on the line. When someone did pick up I was a few steps away from my phone and by the time I rushed to the phone the person had already hang up! I WAS FUMING! After waiting on the line for 29 minutes the clerk had just said hello once, and hang up immediately after not hearing my response! I called back and was put AGAIN on hold. No surprise there! The clerk this time answered the phone after a few minutes. Little to say I chewed her head off! I thought it was not only disrespectful to hang up so quickly after a customer has been on the line for a full friggin' half an hour, but I was also APPALLED that the pharmacy (having ran out of my medications had not taken it upon themselves to get it from a sister pharmacy to fill my prescription given that the had an entire afternoon) now wanted ME to go get my meds from another Walgreens!!! I mean if I wanted to visit another walgreens I would have not used that one in spring lake! I think it's ridiculous that I had to drive 20 plus minutes to go get my prescription simply because the store ran out of it!!!!! I think this added to the very poor customer service skills of the employee and helped to make this pharmacy a horrible service one! I will surely go out of my way now to bring my hard earned dollars to another pharmacy and chain!!! Walgreens has been erased from my existence and I am out to tell all that want to hear how unprofessional and inept this chain and this particular branch really are!!!!! read more

I would give no stars if possible! I hate coming here because the pharmacy always takes a crazy amount of time to get my prescriptions. It's not the store, it's the pharmacy! Everytime I come I wait long amounts of time even if I check the app online to see if they are ready first! Like last time I called to make sure they were ready, and I still waited 2 hours! And the pharmacy staff doesn't even hardly acknowledge you. read more

This place is absolutely awful. The pharmacy is incredibly slow and half the techs have no clue what they're doing. Went to pick up a automatic refill prescription that they called me 3 days ago about. I get there and they say that it's been two weeks since it was filled so they put it up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured it was my error. The lady said it would be 30 minutes-1 hour for the medication, so I stayed in town and came back an 1 hour 20 minutes later. I get there and a different lady was at the window and told me that the medicine hasn't been filled and that it'll be another an hour and a half. Told her that I had already waited an hour because i was told it would be ready. She apologized and said it would be ready at 6:30. Call at 6:30 to see if it's ready and the lady says it's not ready. I tell her its been a full THREE HOURS and I was told two different times. After waiting on the phone on hold for so long that it HUNG UP, I called back and the same lady as the first time said that it's ready l to come pick up. It was finally actually ready this time, but geez how hard is it to give a proper time estimate? I would've rather been told 3 hours, or even "I don't think we're gonna be able to get it done today." read more

Visited walgreens last night just to pick up a few things ! No one was in sight at checkout are register which was no big deal im a browser so i continued to shop! Looking at makeup and holiday gifts ! 30 mins later still no one in site ! Finished shopping thinking maybe they were having a bathroom break ! Waiting at register still no one ! Tried walking back and fourth to try and make noise and then this lady comes to the checkout in a very ill mood as if she was upset that I was even there and she had to take the time to ring me up! Spent 26 dollars and she rudely handed me my makeup and card without even a bag! I will never go back! ""How rude!" read more
