The WORST!!! Never enough staff in pharmacy. They mess up orders and make you wait for at least 30 minutes if you're lucky!!!

Holly Peters was wonderful! She helped me in cosmetics on Wednesday and was knowledgeable and sympathetic. I appreciate the service here.

The Pharmacy is always incredibly slow. They clearly need additional help! Definitely allow yourself at least a half hour.

As we soon discovered, the prescription was already called into a CVS in the prior city so there was a "hold" on being able to get it filled.

When we first moved into Lowertown, there was usually a cop or some type of security person working but in the past 6 months, I have not seen one. I avoid going into the store and usually just pump gas and leave but our experiences have varied over the past few years. You more than likely will be approached for money both outside and inside. Ci even had a gentleman offer to pay for her candy with food stamps one night in exchange for some cash! What an offer! If you are lucky, you might even see a drug deal going down. I have to give Kudos for anyone who works here because of all the crap they must put up with. They are not necessarily friendly but most convenience store clerks aren't. Its a typical SuperAmerica but its unusual in that, you would expect something a little less sketchy in the neighborhood. I hope they try and clean it up before the Stadium is finished. People from out of town will be petrified to stop there!

I have been a regular customer of this Super America for several years, always coming in with my…read morebackpack and black computer case. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cashiers are rude, but yesterday on the hottest day of the year, with a heat index of 104 degrees, I go in for my two Mountain Dews to cool me down, when I hear the manager screaming into the microphone, "HEY YOU WITH THE BACKPACK! NO BACKPACKS IN THE STORE! COME UP FRONT!" I go up front to find out what the problem is, and she tells me that it's a new store policy, even if I am a regular customer. I'm thnking WTF. I can't even walk in and grab a couple of soda pops any more with someone yelling at me with the microphone. From now on, I plan to take my business elsewhere and no longer shop at Super America/Speedway Inconvenience Stores.

If I could give it a negative star I would. This Cub announces in every way that what they would…read morereally like to do is to sell groceries without any customers. They have decided that the solution to their high theft problem is to lock up every household product with a dollar value above 99 cents. This "solution" means that you cannot look at the product you intend to purchase, nor can you carry it to the checkout yourself. Additionally, the already over-worked employee forced to baby sit you is not interested in the fact that you may need more than a nano second to consider your options before making a purchase. Let's not forget, that as the burdensome task of waiting for you to decide on your product falls to this presumably union employee, this arrangement forces them to treat you as a potential shoplifter. This allows them the space between you and them since, as you can imagine, they spend their shift being yelled at and generally crapped on. Well, Cub, at Midway. This is your grand plan to make money, is it? Have all your products behind glass, and then, if anyone has the audacity to point out how ludicrous this is, the only option is to complain to an employee who also realizes what a complete waste of everyone's time and energy this but is forced into compliance lest they complain and risk their $13.21 an hour, no benefits. So, I think it goes without saying that I won't be shopping at this Cub again. But I know the decision-makers don't read these reviews, nor do they care. Because if they did, they would have retracted their ridiculous plan of babysit shopping behind a glass wall, one employee shift after it began. As no one with actual power will make any real change, this review is for you, dear reader. If you had any doubts about exclusively shopping on Amazon, and I certainly have my own problems with that, consider that the final brick and mortars aren't soliciting any feedback. Or, perhaps to the union Cub employee. Consider the power of your union. Are you actually seeing the benefit of those union dues, while you're forced into trench warfare with your own customers, knowing full-well corporate doesn't listen to you either? Hey, Andre Persaud, CEO, you said you had to earn customer loyalty; Or was that just a good talking point? In a food desert that is midway, you don't even have to do that. You just have to be the only option. Congrats being some people's only option. But, I for one, am able to buy everything I got there today online. Hope your glass walls protect your empty shelves when the company goes for broke in 3 years.
