I had emergency surgery and my medicine was called into our local Walgreens. Needless to say I was unaware that Walgreens now closes at 6 PM and not open on weekends. My medicine cannot be transferred because of the type of medicine it is so I am stuck in pain until Monday morning. I understand everybody is short staffed however maybe if Walgreens would pay increase they wouldn't have to close the pharmacy. I just feel bad for people that need their medicine and unaware that they've closed early. They used to always stay open until 10 o lock is why I have the hospital call the medicine there. Other than this little snafu Wall greens have been great. The staff are always friendly even when they're shorthanded. read more

I've never used the pharmacy, so I have no idea how it is or the level of service they provide. I am a semi-regular at Walgreens, although I tend to only shop their sales because daily prices are quite high. This Walgreens is not that large, so there aren't many options for some products- they may have one or two types of shampoo of a certain brand when you know there are a lot more options. That can be quite disappointing because the sale is good but the options are so limited. Still, it's a nice alternative to the craziness of Walmart, and for someone who may have limited mobility, a smaller store can be a good thing. read more

Store has always been clean. I am disappointed at the lack of knowledge in the pharmacy. If you have a question that can't be answered by a search there is never anyone to help. It's constantly an issue. During '21 they have even closed the pharmacy for lack of help. Insurance dictates where you go, but I feel Walgreens could up the professionalism of employees but there is never a manager available. read more

A family member uses this pharmacy because it is the only one we've identified that accepts his insurance. Every single month there is a problem with getting prescriptions refilled. We literally end up picking them up in another town half the time. If you have options don't go here. read more

I try not to come here anymore than I have to. I often go to their competition up the street as the employees are much nicer and prices are clearly marked. I have never had so much trouble at a store as this one. They're extremely unhelpful here. To avoid shopping here I started doing my shopping online only to be told some of my items weren't available...when that happened I literally walked up to the shelf and handed it to the manager helping me. He just said "oh". I asked if he could now add it to my order so I can get the price I was promised online when I did my order. Nope. So, because the employees didn't do their job and he didn't want to find a work around I didn't get my product. Another time, I picked up a free photo and was the only customer at checkout at the time. She picked up my photo where I followed her, she said she needed to scan it at the main checkout. When we went back there was two people in line. Instead of finishing our transaction she handed me back my photo and literally told me to get in the back of the line. The gentleman at the front of the line said "no, continue helping her". She did and the transaction took a whole 5 seconds. I thanked the other customer but I'm bewildered why she wouldn't finish helping me as I was there first but she would send me to the end of the line. This is the stuff you deal with here and the employees. I could go on but I think you get the point. read more

The reviews on here are ridiculous... it's a Pharmacy, not McDonalds. They aren't handing out big macs. One mistake and people get hurt or worse. Every detail has to be perfect in an industry that allows for zero mistakes. All I can say is grow up and get over yourselves. I would much rather wait for 30 minutes for a prescription and have it right than demand it in 15 minutes and end up in the ER. Always remember your not the only customer they are working on even if no one else is standing at the counter. They aren't counting how many squirts of mustard are going on a burger. They are verifying doses and drug interactions of some very complex regimens. Cut them some slack. read more

Pharmacy was very slow. There were no people in line and it took over 20 minutes to drop off a prescription. The pharmacist said it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. We came back 45 minutes later and we're told the pharmacist would look at it. They asked repetitive questions and it took another 20 minutes to get 1 prescription of a common antibiotic. Unacceptable, they are simply lazy. To bad we can't give that job to a more deserving person that would appreciate having it. read more

This was the VERY last minute time I will be going to ANY Walgreens for my flu shot! The sorry thing is this has happened to me before in another city too! When I first got to the Rolla Walgreens there were six people waiting. I asked the kind person at the counter how long of a wait did they think it would be....my daughter in law would be waiting out in the van with her 4 month old twins, 4 and 2 year olds...she thought "about half an hour...5 minutes apiece..." ...I told them I would be walking around the store..and call me when they wanted me...walked around ..went back only two of the people were left waiting..I sat ...two more people came..they sat...another person..sat...the shot person called the two original people in..one at a time ..fine me next!?...shot person leaves the room and goes behind by script area...forever back there..occasionally looking at wait area..(my kid is a doc.. all he would've needed to do was take a sticker off of the vaccine bottle to record it...a couple of seconds..right?) when he finally goes back...calls the newer person next to me..then her husband...then the other guy that had just come in..I complained..kids in car...they'd make sure I was next...NOPE...hour and a half later ..he calls me in...NEVER AGAIN!! read more

I went in this afternoon wanting some cold medicine. I asked what kind of Mucinex I went up to the window and tried consulting them. It seemed forever before I finally got someone to pay attention to me. They didn't come out and help me at all. I was like forget it. I'll go to Walmart. The same thing happened to my husband when he was sick. They don't care about the customers at all. Their service sucks. I switched pharmacies because of how rude they were. Never again. read more

I'm so glad Rolla finally had a Walgreens! I love Walgreens. Their prices are spectacular when you get things on sale. I was disappointed however that it's not 24 hours. I've been super sick and didn't want to deal with Wal-Mart so I chose to drive on still sick. read more

When I went up to the counter to pick up script they said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I have now been waiting here for almost 30 all while watching 3 to 4 employees doing absolutely nothing. Please go elsewhere!!! Neg two stars. read more

Rolla Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used. I recently transferred my prescriptions here due to a move. Every single time I get something filled there is an issue, costing upwards of 45 minutes of wasted time including being late back to lunch & missing lunch all together from sitting in drive up or standing inside. I'm extremely disappointed & they've never acted as if they care. read more
