I highly despise the Ozone Park's location business name "On Point" and their logo is stupid. The staff is very welcoming and assisting in this Howard Beach location. This location sits on Cross Bay Boulevard, a major boulevard in Queens and very accessible via MTA NYC Transit buses Q52 SBS, Q53 SBS, Q22, Q35 and how I miss the now discontinued Q21 bus. I bought my fifth sunglasses as all others broke. Every summer my sunglasses break as I throw them in my bag when indoors, but I need eye protection from summer's blazing sun. The staff kindly with careful attention removed the tag on the sunglasses as I immediately wore it upon exiting. This Howard Beach location is significantly larger than the Ozone Park.

Good customer service matter. Unfortunately, we live in a time when good service doesn't seem to…read morematter but patrol and treated like your guilty until proven innocent first when you walk into a store. I guess being racially profiled. They are acting any ol' way to customers and taking their money. I usually don't write reviews. I simply came to the store to buy something I saw the other day afterwork and go home. I was already tired. However, I was met with the gentleman's attitude. At first he would not help me really saying too fast "we don't have". I had to guide him to the place where another worker, who was so kind help me find something and there it was. And it the way he beckoned me to come, I felt like he treated me less than a person, like a pet. I did not feel right at all. This is what it comes to? Treating certain people like pets and taking their hard earned money? He did help me find what I was looking for. He never apologized for treating me like I was a problem just for coming into the store. Maybe he had a bad day because he was clearly angry with me and I just wanted to find and buy a certain product. I ended up buying and left the store, but I had a bad taste in my mouth for the experience I've endured. Please, treat your customers much better. We still want to feel good buying things. Saying thank you goes a long way. I don't know what is going on in that store, maybe security and cameras are needed. Maybe you should not be security and a customer service agent at the same time. I would not go to that location anymore unless for some reason the item is definitely in that store and I would just have to grin and bare it.

I don't give a hoot if your drug store sells brie or beanie babies. How about you sell drugs at a normal drugstore price? Staff couldn't have cared less that we were waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. We finally went to the corner cafe inside the store (yet more space taken up by non-drugs inside what is purportedly a pharmacy) and asked her if we could pay her. An amazingly compact pharmacy shop that has just about a touch of everything... but with class. They have everything you need from the middle of the road like NyQuil to Caviar, as well as, good Ukrainian Rye to go with your cage free eggs & Kefir! They have tons of friendly help in this petite store to help guide you through the plethora of selections. They had a better variety of both pharmacy items & grocery items than places that are triple the size. Their customer service was simply amazing and they helped me find exactly what I needed at a fair price without any pressure. I spoke to the pharmacist who was also friendly & helpful, since I am out of town. I, a former NYer, was shocked by their causal respectful friendliness. What a wonderful break from the usual crudenesses in NYC! Yes, they were local Russian oriented, but they had absolutely no problem extending me a sorely needed welcoming smile & promptly helped me to find & buy : NyQuil PM, Loperamide, Zantac, a high-end Nail clipper, two high end shampoos. While not the cheapest, this store had an amazing variety, I really had to stop myself from buying more caviar, pate, kefir, fresh rye bread, etc..... since I was on my way to Menorah Nursing Home where my poor likely dying mother was being "Rehabbed". Even the dedicated grocery next door did not have such nice groceries....go figure! These ladies are really on the top of there game. Thanks for being so nice & helpful. After all that, the "damage" was less than $50, which was a steal for the very personalized & friendly service. I forgot how nice it is to shop at a small local ethnic NYC pharmacy....which has NO counterpart in California! I almost had to pinch myself to remind myself that I was back in bad old NYC, since they were so amazingly nice. You will surely be a repeat customer here, & I surely recommend them for all! They give me faith that there are still some good souls still in good ole Brooklyn.... THANKS!!! As, I have to deal with my poor mom's likely last horrid days at Menorah Rehab Nursing Home, after the horrific "maltreatment" at both Coney Island Hospital (predictable from my volunteer days eons ago in the late 1970's) & even NYU Med. Center (where I was a stellar brain researcher in the 80's) ! Poor mom's good friend, Connie, who was a recovery star at Menorah, just past away from the damned flu about days ago....what a nightmare!! this review is regarding the son of the owner who works at rossi pharmacy…read more i sent my son to pick up my medication at rossi pharmacy at 1891 eastern pkwy, bklyn ny 11233, tel.no. 718-346-2506. my son gave the correct debit card to charge for my co-pay. instead, he (the son of the owner) charged the wrong debit card. when i brought this to his attention, he refused to listen about charging the wrong debit card. he would "not" accept that it was his fault and he was wrong for charging the wrong card!!! he started talking over me. instead, he blamed me (for having 2 cards on file) and my son. to add insult to injury, he deleted my debit card! this guy (the son) is arrogant, obnoxious, stubborn, unprofessional, hot-headed, rude and disrespectful. also, they hire a lot of interns who make alot of mistakes...beware and stay away from rossi!
