We like that Buc ee's does not provide sit down eating." My wife instructs me in NO uncertain terms to NEVER take her to Buc-ee's again, ever.... Today is Thursday, and I am guessing MUCH of weekend chaos and NOISE will not be present.... If your experience with Chaos and Noise is similar, do try a weekend visit. There were two employees standing in the main area that did not say anything to us about closing. They just turned the lights off. The woman's restroom only had one stall available for use so my daughter and I had to take turns. My husband and son finished and went into Jimmy Johns to eat. While I was in the hall waiting for my daughter to finish a third man appeared at the counter and yelled across the store that they were closed. I said yes, I understand we are almost finished. I decided to wait and use the restroom elsewhere but my daughter was washing her hands so I changed my mind thinking I would finish by the time she was done and we could leave together. As I was pulling up my pants the third man opened the WOMENS bathroom door completely and proceeded to yell at us that they were closed. I was livid. I proceeded to inform him that I was going to call the police because a man should never under any circumstances enter a women's restroom while it was being used. He yelled the same words over and over again so I have to assume his English was limited as well as the proper way to treat women and customers. So I would advise anyone to not use this establishment for anything but especially the women's restroom. unless you want a man barging in on you. If he is not the owner and the actual owner reads this I would suggest you correct this behavior immediately lest you have a lawsuit on your hands. I was very close to calling the police. This happened at 9 pm on Saturday November 25th 2023.

Inside is always clean and there is always a nice gentleman outside ensuring that the pumps and trash cans are in good condition. The staff here not only care about their job and what time they get off, the genuinely care for the customers. Strongly recommend stopping in for their great food and amazing customer service!
