The store doesn't have a car wash and the parking lot can be a bit challenging at times, but the store is clean, well stocked and there are several great HEB partners that make shopping there enjoyable. Andrew is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy pharmacist. Alex in the seafood department is always very helpful and friendly. The seafood quality at this store is consistently very good. All of the cashiers are friendly and well trained. I find Pearl to be one of the fastest cashiers and always very attentive and friendly. Chrissy is a bright light of energy as a bagger. She sometimes forgets to bag quickly because she is busy spreading cheer, but she did both very well today. This store has very good perishables overall. Deli is well run and produce is consistently well culled and merchandised. The floral department outstanding for a smaller store.

They have always been courteous and helpful to me…read more They seem to be the best pharmacy for me when using GoodRx or at least the prices of GoodRx are always the best at HEB. They have helped me find the lowest prices for my meds, whether they are routine meds or high priced cancer meds. My Part D Prescription Coverage (Medicare) either doesn't cover some of the drug or the price is outlandish, hence I use HEB and GoodRx. I have recommended these guys to my friends and would as well, recommend them to use for anyone, without reservation. Great People, Great Customer Service, Great Prices!

Checked in on line…read more Website showed no wait time, )good for lunch break)only to arrive and have to check in on a kiosk and then have to wait. Kiosk shows a wait time of 28 minutes. Test took only about 15 minutes nurse practitioner was very nice and professional. Took longer to enter data into computer than the actual test themselves. There was no charge for this company sponsored.

At 4:11 pm, the single health care practitioner on staff approached me and asked what i was there for. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. I think it was pretty obvious I wasn't in any sort of emergency condition. If she wasn't able to see me, then she should have asked me what I was there for well before I took time off work and waited an hour in the waiting area. In the waiting area, every person had been waiting over an hour. One person came to sit down and said she'd been turned away during her appointment time at 1 pm and told to come back later. One person walked out after waiting over an hour to be seen. The staff member of the clinic really seemed to just be trying to get rid of me because she was too busy. I will never go to a minute clinic again, and neither should you. Actually, I won't even shop at a CVS anymore. I am seriously upset about how rudely and incompetently my time was wasted.

Well today one was up and his office called heb to find out walmart tried to pick it up again and filled it without his permission pretty pathetic walmart trying to keep clients that don't want anything to do with your horrible pharmacy! This place is awful that's why we were switching to heb because walmart kept screwing everything up! Pure incompetence!

Of course, I'm comparing to my Phoenix grocery prices. If anything, though, I also bought a 58¢ roll of toilet paper and it was one of the softest single rolls I have ever touched. I can use the soft TP to support my rating. Most times you buy those single rolls and it's like what I would imagine wiping with tree bark would feel like. 80 grit sandpaper, maybe. It was not a brand I have seen in Phoenix, so it probably was their own. I kinda just walked around and browsed their deli and packaged candy/snacks, too. Wow, so much selection.

They have a meat counter, but lack a seafood counter here in a seafood town. I went looking for shrimp, they didn't have their usual selection. The butcher seemed to be just supplying the basic cuts, no steaks to speak of. They have a basic bakery here, but I'm not sure if they're really baking it in the store. The florist looks kind of sad. The store is poorly laid out in an oval shape, with a big void in the center for them to run their operations out of. The freezer section is pretty tiny. The produce was one of the smallest I've seen at an HEB. Parking is easy here. The best thing about this store is the clearance section. Theirs is huge! Stocked with fun stuff.
