All of the cashiers are friendly and well trained. I find Pearl to be one of the fastest cashiers and always very attentive and friendly. Chrissy is a bright light of energy as a bagger. She sometimes forgets to bag quickly because she is busy spreading cheer, but she did both very well today. This store has very good perishables overall. They have helped me find the lowest prices for my meds, whether they are routine meds or high priced cancer meds. My Part D Prescription Coverage (Medicare) either doesn't cover some of the drug or the price is outlandish, hence I use HEB and GoodRx. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. If she wasn't able to see me, then she should have asked me what I was there for well before I took time off work and waited an hour in the waiting area. In the waiting area, every person had been waiting over an hour. One person came to sit down and said she'd been turned away during her appointment time at 1 pm and told to come back later. One person walked out after waiting over an hour to be seen. The staff member of the clinic really seemed to just be trying to get rid of me because she was too busy. I will never go to a minute clinic again, and neither should you. Actually, I won't even shop at a CVS anymore. I am seriously upset about how rudely and incompetently my time was wasted.
