This is the convo on one of those trips.... "You realize how much you're paying for this Rx?". I stated "Yes I'm aware". She then felt the need to announce that price "It cost this amount of money. You really want to pay cash for that?". Not that I felt it was her business but I stated "My insurance doesn't cover it and we decided to pay cash while we weigh other options". She then stated (with exasperation) "okayyy". On another trip, I called and told a worker that the Rx was called in and I needed to give him a new coupon code since it was a new dosage and I pay cash. He said it would be fine and didn't need it. We went in the next day to pick it up at 5:15pm. I was told by the lady at the window that "it was declined by insurance". I told her that the Rx has never went through insurance because I pay cash and also I was not notified of a problem or I could have corrected it then. She told me to come back the next day. I told her I needed it and was going to wait (they didn't close for another 2 1/2hrs). That seemed to bother her but she did question me about waiting before obliging. I'm pretty certain I will be transferring my Rx's to Walmart. I prefer not to be left feeling like I've been treated unfairly every time I pick up Rx's

I've called them six times and each time I'm told they have to contact my doctor. When I call back to check if it's ready, I'm told they haven't heard back yet. I just called my doctors office and was told they haven't received any faxes from them. I explained the problem I'm having with the pharmacy so they are going to fax my prescription to HEB. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this Walmart Pharmacy but it will be the last! I would rate them with ZERO stars if I could!

To address your comment about rudeness, I was appalled by your rudeness to interrupt my time with another customer to demand that I complete your prescription. I feel that everyone is important and that they deserve my undivided attention in order to help them with their questions regarding their health issues. Regarding your being overcharged on your prescriptions, WE DISCOVERED THE OVERCHARGE AND BROUGHT IT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD A CREDIT WITH US which you used up and were thankful that we discovered it. After his visit yesterday because the strep swab test in house came back negative (most likely to catching it TOO EARLY NOT uncommon), they didn't prescribe or help our son in anyway! We left the office with NOTHING. Told us to just keep alternating with motrin and Tylenol until the strep culture came back which would take 3 days...Excuse me, WHAT?!! We called today to communicate that he's not any better less than 24 hours after he was seen yesterday. They would not help us in anyway until this evening at 6pm and that was after basically begging them to call in my son medicine so he can get better. Kids DIE from prolonged, untreated strep. I did not feel comfortable waiting 3+ days to get this treated!! How is it safe to prolong a bacterial infection with no antibiotics, and just treat it multiple times daily for 3+ days with Tylenol & motrin?! This is what the NP instructed us to do! REALLY?! They were very rude and finally agreed to send in my son some antibiotics, and was very rude during that conversation name calling my husband pushy... They just wanted us to come in again, get $$ from us, and I guess felt ok with exposing my sick child again with germs. They don't care, simple as that & they showed that. I will never take my kids back here again. I'm absolutely disgusted with how my children, and my husband were treated here by staff and the NP provider that refused to help my son. Save your money, and time and go somewhere with people who ACTUALLY care.
