We talked through her process and agreed on the products she would use for my hair texture. My hair had lots of body, no longer frizzy, and styled to my satisfaction. I waited in the store for 30 minutes and the line never moved....so I decided to try the drive…read morethrough.....I waited 2 hours in line to pick up a Rx my husband dropped off the day before. When I reached the window I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes for Rx to be filled. I explained that it was dropped off the day before. They told me I couldn't hold up the line so I had to go to the back of the line and wait another hour to get Rx. When I got Rx they filled the wrong medication for my husband. He was supposed to get an albuterol inhaler and they filled nebulizer tx instead. But the instructions on the Rx was for an inhaler. You would think a pharmacist would know the difference. 3 and 1/2 hour wait for the wrong Rx. Do not go to Walgreens on 28east

I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work. I have a child that uses the same insurance in the same area with no problems. Polite staff but these are situations shouldn't happen. Follow up with your patients.

I myself would never step foot in this office again. Tried for days after getting an x ray done…read morethere an i had a broken wisdom tooth and called n called. I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. She was like sure you can stop by and sign a wavier for them to be email my x rays to the dentist that did make me a priority. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Looking at the dentist office size I'm sure they wont miss my payments but I'm gonna go somewhere where I matter
