In fact Monday I went to the office and was told that they no longer handle the portable oxygen machines. This was a complete surprise to me since I received no notice about the fact they would no longer handle oxygen machines. Also, my CPAP machine is through their company (1/2016) They have not contacted me about needed supplies since January of this year. Their service is awful! I would not recommend this medical supply service to anyone. I will try again to get my prescription transferred to another company. This will be my second attempt.

I don't always understand my insurance stuff, but they've been helpful at finding solutions.
