The incident that you mentioned was an error on your staffs part REMEMBER? You were trying to charge me for services that were already being covered by the VA. Had I not mentioned that my consult was effective you still would have been charging me for services. So whose integrity is in question? No matter how you dress it up, what you allowed your staff to do was ill-mannered and very poorly timed. YOU took money from me for services that were not rendered. I jumped through all kinds of hurdles trying to maintain my continuity of care with your facility but that didn't matter. Every patients circumstances are unique. My issues are not equivalent to the next patients. Your "policy" isn't worth the paper that its written on. You are greedy and petty. ALSO- your messaging service is not reliable because its been used in the past and call ins still were not being acknowledged. So perhaps it would behoove you to fix all of these ISSUES before claiming that you provide all available avenues to cancel appointment.
