I ended up needing two additional prescriptions filled so I dropped them off at the Masonic Dr location 5 hours after being told my prescription would be ready. I waited for the two new prescriptions to be filled. I was told 15-20 minutes for the new ones to be filled. 50 minutes later still waiting. When the two were finally ready the transferred prescription from 5 hours + earlier wasn't ready. I was told to go stand in the drop off line to inquire. I didn't drop off anything! It was transferred by Scott at the Jackson St location! They definitely don't want to make it easy on their customers!!! No excuse for the first prescription not being ready!!!
