The…read morepharmacist on Jackson St. called and verified it was in stock and told me to allow two hours for the prescription transfer and fill. I ended up needing two additional prescriptions filled so I dropped them off at the Masonic Dr location 5 hours after being told my prescription would be ready. I waited for the two new prescriptions to be filled. I was told 15-20 minutes for the new ones to be filled. 50 minutes later still waiting. When the two were finally ready the transferred prescription from 5 hours + earlier wasn't ready. I was told to go stand in the drop off line to inquire. I didn't drop off anything! It was transferred by Scott at the Jackson St location! They definitely don't want to make it easy on their customers!!! No excuse for the first prescription not being ready!!!

It has an old-school diner feel similar to Pitt Grill, but smaller (since it's connected to a drug store and all). The breakfast food is fantastic, especially the egg, ham and cheese sandwich, hash browns, grits and bacon. The lunch menu includes things like meat loaf, red beans and rice and chicken fried steak. They also have special items every day of the week. Everything is made right in front of you--sort of like a down home Subway--so you know it's freshly cooked. They also take orders over the phone. The staff is pretty friendly as well.

My mom and I went to buy an…read moreempty 3 gallon Primo water bottle and when I scanned it, had the price of the bottle and the cost to fill it up... This older lady that always is around self checkout, came to help and couldn't understand that we just wanted the bottle and weren't gonna fill it up... She didn't get that we weren't getting a full bottle and returning an empty one either... Kept saying we can't buy the empty bottle without filling it or go buy a full bottle..She stormed off after saying she can't help us.. Then someone else came to help...Some girl with a mask on and she couldn't remove the extra charge either...Then she was rude and told me to stop yelling when I wasn't... She had an attitude...Especially when she had to come back when the self checkout screen said that help was on the way... We ended up going to the Walmart on Coliseum... The lady there was so nice... We found a bottle there and she said she could take the extra charge off at the regular checkout... We didn't have to fill it up... She removed the fill charge... We told her what happened and how nice she was... I don't wanna go to the neighborhood market now because of what happened. That rude older lady at the Neighborhood Market thought we were stealing a big bag of cat food one time...just because we pushed the buggy around the front of the checkouts and headed to the pharmacy section....Like we're gonna steal cat food! On more than one occation our medicine was a completely different drug than the perscription called for, sometimes there were not enough doses and also the medicine would not be filled on the time we requested.
