I find it odd that a persons readings bp/ pulse rate will not be shown to you from their device when asked, but never had previous history of anything being high or low. Have even went to a facility right after to be sure ... hmmmm seems odd tends to happen only recently after complaining about another client continuing to cough and not covering her mouth,I brought it to staffs attention and was told she's across from you it's not affecting you , well actually yes this is a medical facility, add that to you list of rules! Not only is it unsanitary but just rude., and also seems to be on the 2nd visit of the week when the incentive is higher. Sadly it's the only facility in this small town, to help save a life through donating. I will say the majority off the staff is professional and kind , but there are a few that could use a little extra training unless this is procedure, I've heard and read reviews reguardiing readings. read more

The staff are rude and careless, they have destroyed my boyfriend's vein, because of their lack of attention I have gotten very ill while donating, they ignored me as my skin turned pale and cold and I became lightheaded, they are unorganized and lost my donor information after only a short time of not donating and they are clearly under qualified considering they turned my boyfriend away accusing him of drug use for acne on his arm when any qualified professional can tell the difference between acne and a needle hole, especially when he regularly donates. They all grouped around him gawking, and accused him of this while there were many other people in the center, violating his privacy. When I tried to call to resolve the issues I was rudely told that they won't talk to me and then hung up on. The state of this establishment is run is honestly so ridiculous that i'm tempted to take legal action. read more

This place is entirely to slow it's bad enough the first visit is the longest but they make you sit for 2-3 hours just to be processed I have never in life experience this type of service then the staff have attitudes when asking how much longer I mean we have stuff to do as well. Overall I'm all for saving a life and donating but this place is very unprofessional I will not be coming back here it's not worth the hassle or time then they pay less than other states. I just started donating but the staff that I have encountered have been great and friendly and do have a sense of humor

Well, going in I always assume it will take a while. going early mornings is always best. I've always been treated like they care about me. Going early always gets me out within an hour and a half. I recommend the Alexandria Talecris center for your donation. read more

Excellent ppl that work there and relaxed place to be to help out ppl who need certain meds made from plasma

I wish I could rate cause there are some love people who work there that care but there are some who treat people wrong talk to you crazy hide your paper work talk an play with people husband right in front of them the new one is the one they don't like to do they play an talk about they house problem why they taking your blood pressure they are talking about one other no one never in the front you ask them ?
