I especially appreciated Ms. Dulce and her genteel nature for compassionate conversation while she started initial procedures before Dr. Buttar took over. It was more relaxing for me to not to engage in friendly chat with them. AT the end I was given a bite guard for me to take home. I have never seen such efficient, professional well skilled staffs that work in a unison in an institute Advanced Care Dental in Tukwila, WA. A tooth in the far back of my mouth broke off. 5 visits required starting September 1, 2020 *The dentist smoothed the tooth, scheduled appointment for temp crown *Tech made the temp crown (Dentist should have done) Cuts to tongue and cheek due to poor temp crown by TECH *Before leaving that appointment I mentioned roughness, tech indicated it would be better after permanent crown *Returned next day, tech tried to smooth out the crown but had to have dentist come in who smoothed the temp crown out, dentist indicated I had an ulcer next to the crown *Had to return again, couldn't bite down because of pain, dentist removed temp crown, bad smell, replaced with new temp crown *Returned again for large sore in front of mouth, dentist prescribed lidocaine and another medication. Trauma due to stretching of lips and after multiple visits *No discount, paid with credit card because they have to pay percentage, asked for refund or compensation because of the poor service, wouldn't do it *I wasn't offered a choice of crowns or explained the cost of different crowns, gold vs porcelain vs silver *Very expensive, could have just had the tooth pulled *They still have my porcelain crown costing over $1000.00, I was too afraid to go back because of pandemic. *I have to go back to get my permanent crown

Melissa has a way of working with the eyelash in a way that preserves their health and leaves them seemingly untouched upon removal. One should be very, very cautious in whom they trust when dealing with their lashes. If you come here, you're protected. An entertaining conversationalist as well, she has a way of making the long appointment go by quickly and seamlessly, with the finale of full, impeccable lashes --with quite the lengthy lifespan if you care for them properly-- that are well worth the investment. I was devastated to lose that much of my tooth, but I couldn't believe the care I received and how well the repair was done THE DAY OF the injury. I left hardly being able to notice a difference in my tooth. Mind you, Dr. Muller agreed to see me at 3:15 that day after working all day prior. I am very grateful for the job done and the thoughtfulness of squeezing me in that day. I've been going to Dr. Mueller's office for nearly two years now and would highly recommend their care to anyone. By the way, I've never wrote a review before for anything and I'm well into adulthood, but I felt compelled to do so for this as I am so appreciative of the care I received. In my phone conversation with them I told them that I thought I had a cavity. Immediately upon my visit I was treated like a fool for diagnosing myself. It turned out that I was in need of a root canal or extraction. I was then informed that as a University employee that I had "sub standard" insurance. Afterward I was essentially turfed. She also the cancelled on my rescheduled bridal make-up trial AND cancelled on doing my wedding at all due to a family trip for her daughters make a wish. This was 1 MONTH before my wedding.
