Picking yarn on the Web is frustrating. The colors don't seem to hold true as every monitor has a different color way. The shop has an outdoor area they call Serenity Park... to chill and knit. Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. Am relieved to have it back up and running since it's only a few years old (new from box store). Will definitely be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thanks for help :)
