Do not order photos here. Ordered a photo book for same day pick up. When I arrived at the pickup time, they had not even started to print it yet (nothing was being printed so it's not like they were backed up or printer was busy). They said to come back in an hour. When I came back later, they said there was a printer error and had to restart the process and that it would for sure be done by the next day. I showed up the next day, and all the photos were printed, but no one there at the time knew how to make the book. The lady said the manager wouldn't be in until the next day (Monday) but took down my number for the manager to call me. When I showed up the afternoon of the next day, my photos were printed and sitting out on the counter, still not in an album. The girl had to get the manager because she didn't know how to make the book. 10 minutes later, the manager handed me what seemed like the finished product, I paid, and went home. When I got home, pages were falling out of the album as it hadn't been bound properly. I returned to the Walgreens (now my 6th time being there) described the issue, and was told it would take about an hour because the machine had to heat up. So now, I am currently waiting to return to Walgreens for the 7th time to hopefully pick up an adequate finished product, several days after it was to be done. read more

Oh wow. Not only did I feel unsafe even in the parking lot it was a mess inside. Dirty and needed a serious revamp I was appalled at the staff. I went to collect photos from their photo center. A lady with dark brown hair was stomping around and yelling at another associate who apparently broke a machine. She made eye contact with me several times as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. She then proceeded to THREATEN the other associate saying she wanted to beat her etc. I was shocked. The poor associate than came to assist me and was still kind and seemed unfazed. I was appalled but didn't want to make the situation worse. NEVER COME HERE and fire that woman. read more

I stopped in on my way downtown to get some nasal spray (darn allergies!) Walgreens tends to be a little on the pricey side for items, but they usually run sales on things, so you can get a decent deal. Before shopping, I decided to run to the bathroom. Super weird experience of having to push a button to request that a staff member come put in a key code to unlock the bathroom door. I mean, how bad is it that you can't even leave the bathroom open for customers?? Anyway...it took a minute for something from the pharmacy to show up & unlock the door, but it was decently clean inside. The staff was friendly and the store looks well kept. read more

I'm not sure when pharmacies transitioned into hybrids of medicine, cards and vitamins meet canned, boxed, bagged and bottled goods, but they all have. Yet competition has done nothing to spur decreasing prices, hello inflation. But they run these white flap signs from end to end that promote Buy This and Get That 50% Off, sucks me in every time. So after an armful of items (not a shopping cart guy in a drug store, there is just something unsettling about that to me) I waited on a single register line, and waited and waited. It's during these moments that I used to play a little game of The Price is Right with myself and my items. But I do not bother anymore -- because whatever I'm buying, it's north of fifty dollars, always. read more

Walgreens on Remount Road in North Charleston is a good Walgreens location when you need essential items in this part of town. It is easy to access from all directions and get in and out with exactly what you need. The staff here is very efficient and willing to provide assistance if you need it. I have had a really good experience every time I have shopped here and have been satisfied with my purchases. read more

Decent Walgreens store located off Remount across from Yeamans Hall. This area can get pretty rough sometimes as it's not the best area of town, and as such this Walgreens has installed security cameras EVERYWHERE and to use their bathroom you'll need the security code to unlock the door; I can't blame them. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable and seem to care about you when you come in . Typical Walgreens items can be found here in addition to their pharmacy. read more

The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to get my covid vaccine, and even arrived 15min earlier as advised. However, the pharmacist decided to allow a family of walk-ins in before me. When I told her I made an appointment because I had to go back to work and that she should honor that appointment instead allowing people with no appointments ahead of me, she responded with "if you have a problem you don't have to get the vaccine here!" If you plan to get your covid vaccine here don't expect them to honor your appointment, see you in a timely manner, or be treated well. read more

zero stars. This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I'm more likely to see a random dinosaur walking the streets, than I am to find anyone in the pharmacy that can do their job right, including the pharmacist. if your lucky, and I mean lotto lucky, you might get one girl in there that can do the insurance right. They also advertise that they are open till 7, however they close the walk up windows at 6:30 which means you have to go through the drive thru, where they allow ppl dropping scripts to sit at 10,15 and 20 minutes a piece while they fill the script. while others who are there to simply pick up, go without. get up to the window after all that waiting, and argue because they are trying to hack money from you, on paid scripts through Medicare. claiming scripts you get covered monthly all the sudden cost you, nothing like trying to skim the fat. there is a reason they are short staffed and sub par. read more

I have to say the customer service in the pharmacy at Remount and Yeamans Road is much improved. I used to dread going to pharmacy and face the sullen wait staff. But why in the name of public health can't they convert to touch less check out???!! I despise touching that nasty pen to put in my phone number that has already been given to the person checking me out. Of all the places to have a pen that many ill customers are using and then to have to use it behind them just creeps me out. I have NEVER seen anyone clean it and yesterday and today there is no sanitizer nearby. This is the only place I shop that still requires using a pen. The pharmacy would seem to me to be the ONE place you can count on to be on the safe side of this Covid. read more

There is a problem in with he pharmacy. I have prescriptions filled there, but not anymore. The pharmacist replied to my dissatisfaction with a "I don't care" comment. When I called her on it, she said I am the manager. She was dismissive when I asked her how she could not care when she is responsible for all these drugs. The employees stood by in shock, as did I. Everyone has a bad day, but here was more a problem of poor tracking procedures and not caring about it. She tried to excuse herself by saying, " I wasn't here". So, you are the manager! Something is wrong and you don't care? Totally unacceptable. read more

For 5 years I've been getting medication filled within 2 -4 days of refill... they now are my doctor and refusing to refill until actual due day citing too many in 60days. They are not doctors and have no right to withhold medication based on inconsistent practices. What happens when my house burnt down is none of their business. It is not against any law to refill this and they are control freaks who need to find new jobs. read more
