This was my first visit to this Walgreens and it's a good store. First of all. It's right off Tamiami and easy to access. Parking is good and the store has well stocked isles. I needed tape and couldn't find it. A clerk who was stocking shelves, walked me over to the tape. That's good service! The store is clean and has a variety of products that you might need for a drug store visit. They're stocked up for the holiday season and I was able to find some sticky tape to hang a wreath. Check out was fast and efficient, everything went well and I found exactly what I came in to buy. I have not used the pharmacy and have no idea how that part goes, but if I'm in the area, I'd stop by again. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would This pharmacy is the absolute biggest nightmare to deal with that I've ever had in my life. They told me it was gonna be 15 days before they had my medication so no problem. I'll call every Walgreens in the county and then I found the medication wouldn't you believe it after the first phone call to the closest one down the street on 41 at Lakewood and then they had my medication ...it's almost like they are so incompetent they can't use a computer that I had to do their job for them. OK fine no problem .. well ,three weeks later I had another prescription. Again they dont stock this on the shelf either. OK no problem. I'm supposed to take the medication every day, but I'll wait 7-15 days for you to order it Fifteen days later I have to call them and hound them every day hours daily and it ended up taking them 12 more days to fill the prescription. OK no problem. Third time I need a prescription, same BS.. They don't stock the meds So, I get it one week worth at a time it's pain medication. So they don't have it blah blah , They gotta order it so I have to go thru wd now bcuz they don't stock one of the most common medication's in America , buprenorphine...ok fine So you know the drill I picked the phone up and I called three Walgreens within a 5 mile radius and all of them carry the drug. So I tried to call and get the pharmacist on the phone to tell them this but basically I was told I called a call center when I called the specific Walgreens they were telling me they weren't at the specific Walgreens I called and I was like well this kind of doesn't even really need to be directed at the specific Walgreens it could be dealt With by say a corporate manager or another locations competent employee of any ranking , meaning it doesn't have to specifically be the pharmacist it could just be a pharmaceutical assistant that isn't dumber than a pile of rocks. Now they're telling me it could take 15 MORE days to get it, when I just told them I already did the leg work for you and called every Walgreens in town and oddly, every other Walgreens carries it. My insurance company forces me to deal with Walgreens or I wouldn't deal with them and it's like they know that and they just stick their knee on your throat and just don't care. They're rude , snide, condescending and arrogant, and they really are just unbelievably out of line. I would be fired from my job if I handed somebody a plate of food and treated them that way at a restaurant where I work but they deal with people's life or death medications and are permitted such power over our lives Its sickening and should be something people get fired over... I'd say just about every person that I deal with at Walgreens, was rude beyond words and unhelpful purposely Employees like this should see the door instantly you're not dealing with somebody's rubber bucket, and plastic shovel for beach, sand castles. This is people's life or death medication. in some cases you know ,I'm supposed to be taking every one of these 4 medication's every single day not whenever Walgreens pharmacist feel like getting off their lazy butt and figuring out how to get the medication there under a half a month, since me ,a nonemployee figured it out every single time! Unreal. Then they treat u like crap on top of it all they are the rudest most snide arrogant people in the world that literally use their authority over you to delegate medicine to F with people I'm a pretty patient and understanding person but when somebody does stuff like this eventually I do get upset like any person would So, my advice to anybody that could stand my message and make it this far, would be that if you have a choice ,NEVER deal with Walgreens EVERRRR NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR!!!! Because they are the most horrific and incompetently rude SOBs in the pharmaceutical dispensary industry in America. I changed insurance carriers and now thank Christ on the first I'll never have to look at another godforsaken, rude, snide, smarmy, arrogant, incompetent , Walgreens employee ever again. -5 stars The Radio Rd., Walgreens is horrible. The Lakewood Walgreens is horrible. Every Walgreens I've dealt with in the last nine weeks of this nightmare was horrible If the people that work at Walgreens, like let's say the pharmacy tech or the pharmacist could pick up a phone or use a computer all of this could've been avoided because all of this waiting around and making me wait weeks to take medications I'm supposed to take every day could've been avoided if they could've just literally interacted with other local stores and it just seems weird that their first response to somebody who needs a medication every day they don't carry would be sorry we don't carry it. At least six or seven in Naples Walgreens it's like walking into the Twilight zone it's the worst service anybody could possibly ever have and half of them have no IQ they have no IQ and you hire them it's disgraceful Beyond disgraceful and you know why you get what you get cuz you pay them nothing you want them to work for nothing. Pharmacy is horrible. Very unprofessional. Lied to me about my med not being in stock and wasn't available at any other Walgreens in Naples either. Called a Walgreens Pharmacy in Ft Myers. The pharmacy checked stock. She said there a many Walgreens pharmacies that have it in stock in Naples.. There is no shortage. She said, I hate to see you drive all the way to Ft. MYERS when you can get the prescription near you. I don't understand how Walgreens can employ anyone who blatantly lies to customers. It's outrageous. We had a wonderful experience at this Walgreen's pharmacy and just had to review. We are new to town and went in to get our flu shot. We went to the pharmacy and we have insurance from out of state. We were confused as to what we needed to ensure we received the flu shot and weren't charge for it. Julie was assisting the current person we were working with. She told us exactly what we needed from our insurance company, four specific numbers. She waited for us to call insurance company. When we had the info we needed, she pulled us off the line to get us set up in the system and we were able to get our shot. She truly went above and beyond. Ken who gave us the injection was terrific as well. PS this store also is a FEDEX drop off location which we use often. Customer service was on full display today. read more

Do not use the Pharmacy at the Collier and 41! They do not pick up their phone for doctors to call in prescriptions goes to a voice mail where no one retrieves the messages! Went there three times to pick up a prescription and was told doctor did not call in a script! Also had an issue with a drug not in stock in any Walgreens in Naples. Cashier told me To try CVS! I've been using Walgreens for 34 years and today I've dealt with the rudest pharmacist and technicians I've ever dealt with after being on level 2 prescription for the past 18 years. I hand them my level 2 script and the tech checks if they have it in stock. Then I hear the pharmacist state that they cannot fill anyway. If you had it why can't you fill it, she said, "Regardless we don't have it" and I said but if I want to know why you can't fill it if I were in stock and she replied "it's from out of state". So I said, "you don't fill out of state prescriptions", her reply "we'd have to call and verify" ok then verify and tech said "even if verified she, the pharmacist, will use her discretion and maybe not fill it as she might loose her license". If this was relayed pleasantly versus the over the top rudeness and can't be bothered tone, I wouldn't have given them this review. Stop treating your customers like they are drug addicts. Go back to pharmacy school and take a class on customer service. read more

I agree with all of the negative reviews. As I was waiting in line yesterday my first thought was, "doesn't anyone ever smile here." They are rude and lazy. They're super busy yet the employees saunter everywhere they go. After picking up a script for me and my husband, I realized after I got home I didn't get his Covid meds. When I called their only focus was they didn't charge me for one of the drugs. They were angry with me! They made a big mistake and were mad at me! Also, they refused to call my pharmacy in MT to transfer a script saying they were too busy. I guess they're understaffed butbthe employees that they do have are very rude. One exception was the young gal at register yesterday. I'm going to take this issue to a manager. I would give them 0 starts if it was an option read more

called them multiple days in a row because they were only pharmacy that had prescription for my dog in area and was on gold for 2 hours, 50 minutes and every time I called there were more then three calipers and never got to talk to real person. so had to drive an hour to a different pharmacy. its the worst Walgreens pharmacy I ever saw and I'm a travel nurse been to a lot of places this is the worst. read more

I don't I often write reviews but my experience at this Walgreens was exceptionally bad!! I waited in line to transfer a prescription to this location since we were traveling and would not be home for a while. I was told it would take 7 to 8 days!! When I asked why a simple phone call would take that long, the response was that the pharmacists did not have time. Ok, you clearly don't want new business. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Naples. First of all, there's a latin female there with the absolute worst attitude, clearly hates her job and needs to find a new career. She is rude and impatient. I have been trying to reach a pharmacist for 4 days now, I have been on hold for at least 45 mins each time and have not been able to get someone to help me, meanwhile I'm asthmatic and need my inhaler and asthma meds. This pharmacy is severely slow on a regular day and now with Coronavirus, it's incredibly useless. I was just told by a male pharmacist that I need to get the Walgreens app because he's overwhelmed and can't answer my questions. What? Sorry you're overwhelmed but I need my meds and I have questions which should be answered once you do get on the phone. I'm never using this pharmacy again after this. read more

The Walgreens on Tamiami Trail in Naples is one of the most poorly run stores I have ever seen. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. They make mistake after mistake and then yell at you when you call in with questions. I have never been treated so poorly. I will never use them again. Incompetent and very scary for medical needs. Waited 30 minutes on hold for pharmacy. Called back and spoke to a store employee and had them tell the pharmacy I needed to speak with someone ASAP. I asked the pharmacy person if it was normal to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. In very snotty attitude she said "yes, we are very busy". I would NEVER use this pharmacy. They lost potential business that would have been over $7,000 per month in prescriptions. The lack of empathy and professionalism at this Walgreens is appalling! read more

First they told me they were very busy and to come back later to get my prescription processed, which I did. However they did nothing and never called to tell me they had a problem processing my standard healthcare card. My second trip in the tall young blond girl with the nasty attitude ignored me, still couldn't process an insurance card for over twenty minutes and was further nasty when I asked what the issue was.
