The last person did my hair for over 14 years, the one before that was over 10 years. I needed a color and went to 3 different places that just made it worse. I went to Ulta(Which I didn't even know had salons) and found Lisa. She was so patient and listened to what I needed. She was able to give me the color I was looking for. FINALLY! I have been going back to her weekly every sense. Just as a pamper to myself to have her wash my hair and such. Great choice on my part. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Sally Beauty's team delivered on that goal! There was plenty of shared parking in front of the store. It's a very small store, which makes sense since it's geared towards salon needs. I was greeted within a minute of walking in the store. A friendly tone and smile also while leaving me some personal space. She offered her assistance and I immediately took her up on it, since I was in a hurry. She took me directly to the options and pointed out the sizes I was specifically looking for so that I could focus my attention on the product. So very helpful. I picked out what I was looking for and she was already helping the customer that walked in behind me. I was concerned that I would be at the register waiting for her to be finished with that customer (who had so many questions) and instead, she excused herself for a brief moment from that customer to quickly close my transaction so I could be on my way.
