Staff is so friendly here ! The store is very neat and clean and it's easy to access on the corner of ten mile and cherry lane in meridian.

Normally the pharmacy is very kind however there is a tall, bigger lady with dirty blonde hair, who always seems to have an attitude, no matter how nice I am. If she is annoyed with you, she'll just stare at you like you're stupid instead of being kind and doing her job. read more

The manager here, didn't get her name, was incredibly condescending and rude. Both to myself and the cashier helping me. I went to pick up a FedEx package, and my ID's address didn't match so I needed mail with my name and matching address. All well and good, but, the manager expressed this information to me as if I was some criminal trying to steal my own package. Not only that, but she was rude to her cashier, she berated and belittled her for asking a question about the process. Not only that, but when I expressed confusion about needing the mail since I had picked up a previous package so easily, she responded in a very condescending way. I heard her talking about how annoying I had been as I left. Incredibly unprofessional. Will never have my packages delivered here again. read more

I have to give a shout out to The photo department of this store. I must say that not all Walgreen photo departments are created equal. I came in to make 2 quick photos with my husband and was helped by a delightful young woman named Mari who dropped what she was doing to help us. She was quite busy at the store - but went out of her way to guide us through the process. We'll be back for sure. Did a review of their pharmacy May 2023. As of now it's stabilized a bit, but we still have trust issues. This review is for their store. Like everywhere else, shelves get to be sparse at times and the reward dollars I used to earn have all but almost disappeared - that was a big draw for me and like Kohl's - I keep going back. Couple of months ago, caught a virus and could not even go out to get supplies. Ordered meds, orange juice and such online and they were delivered to my door in just over half an hour. I did not pay or request for rush delivery - they just did it. Today, took advantage for their BOGO and bought a few items online and asked for them to be shipped to my home. Just 10 minutes after my order was received, they sent a text saying my order was on its way. I got it 20 minutes after I ordered it. Talk about immediate gratification. Don't know if this is the norm for ordering online at this location, but I'm one happy camper over here and appreciate the customer service. Especially now, when customer service has gone downhill. read more

worker april was very rude behind the counter. Came to pick up pictures for same day pick up and was notified that i could come by an email. I get there and it took 10 minutes for me to even get helped. Worker comes up and asked for my name and looked for my pictures everywhere and couldn't find them. Worker called over april and april lets her know " are they not the ones hanging directly out of the machine" very snarky and rude to the employee. Very awkward to watch. Then she proceeded to ask me what I'm doing with these pictures. And i tell her I am hanging them in my room, and she then goes on to say I don't think you're allowed to print things because they're aren't pictures of you. And they are very famous and well known models Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss. And i tell her well it didn't say that on the site. Luckily a worker came over and said since there isn't a water mark it is allowed. I got my pictures and one looked shorter and i asked her why that was, she told me there was a white mark at the bottom but on the ordering cite it wasn't like that. She didn't give me an option of buy another and I'm paying for a picture that is smaller than what I ordered cause she cut it. Will definitely not be coming to this location again. And definitely think management should have a talk with miss April. read more

I never thought I'd find a brick and mortar store with prices twice what convenience store's charge, but Walgreens fits that bill. Pop is 4X what is charged anywhere else. These guys should get on the stick, marketing wise, or they will find themselves facing the same fate as Rite-Aid, gone! Their pharmacy techs, nice folks, are at the mercy of the management that never seems to have sufficient stock on hand and has, for the last couple of years, anyway, had to close the pharmacy in many locations due to short staffing. Get with the program or fail, folks! read more

The employee's are always rude af. Guy with long dark ponytail is an asshole for no reason, didn't even talk to me once and had a bad attitude while he checked me out. My husband has also had a bad experience on a different occasion with a young snotty girl. If you guys dont want to work in customer service, don't. read more

Use Walgreens for pharmacy only and it seems to be having problems. Shorter hours and closed Sunday. Unexpected closures, may have to transfer prescriptions. Will wait and see. read more

I'm done; looking to move my prescriptions elsewhere. It doesn't matter when you call in the refill, upon arrival, the pharmacists are always standing around talking. But no one has or had time to count out 30 pills; a 5 minute task if you're slow, 2 minutes if you're efficient. It's always "can you come back tomorrow? No, you've had a full day, or days for that matter, to fill it. Then I watch them go back and finish their stories before even starting on my prescription; adding another 30 minutes to Walgreens wasting my time. This is happening almost monthly. But this also happens at the counter; ignored for 12 minutes even though they kept glancing over at me, not one person doing anything. Scheduled my flu shot only to sit for 45 minutes past my scheduled time, with no traffic (one customer) at the counter. Listening and watching them talk. And the person who gave me the shot, had done zero work. Her arms were folded leaning up against the back counter the entire hour while I waited. 3 minutes for the shot and it was the most impersonal visit. So it appears, customers are an inconvenience here. No more; I'm done. For a group of pharmacists, making 6 figures, their work ethic is nonexistent. read more

Absolutely the worst functioning pharmacy ever. I've spent months driving back and forth after being promised my prescription would be filled. I've spent hours on the phone with my doctor verifying that the prescription is filled, and Walgreens cancelled it entirely and failed to notify me. So I've waited weeks thinking I would finally receive my prescription on the 3rd promised date and they gave me nothing and no solutions either. "Call your doctor" for the 8th time this month. They are kind people but the pharmacy itself is a mess. read more

Several issues getting ONE prescription filled. Knowing that it is a monthly prescription we call 2-3 days in advance to ensure it will be in stock when our insurance company will allow refill(unfortunately stuck with allotment of 30days). We will often get the run around of either we don't have, it didn't arrive, etc. today after calling on Sunday (it's Thursday) we're told the prescription itself expired yesterday therefore could not be filled. After several calls to dr they confirmed that the prescription doesn't actually expire until the 23rd! I truly believe that the staff at the pharmacy simply don't care as one minute you can talk to one and get an answer but talk to another person and get a completely different bullshit excuse. Whats worse is we live in a different town 30-40 minutes away from this pharmacy so when told prescription is ready and to get all the way over there to hear "oh sorry it didn't arrive" not just once but several times it makes you question if they really know what they are doing. read more

This is ridiculous. You guys had difficulty keeping up with filling prescriptions before Covid. Now, with the drive up testing, the "vaccine" appointments, you can't even get through on your phones. The location of this Walgreens is easy to access. The shelves are well stocked and it's pretty clean for the most part.

This Walgreens's Pharmacy is the best I love and appreciate Everyone there. Aaron, and Laura are great and explain things really well and never make me feel dumb for my weird questions and concerns about new meds . And there's Sweet Ashley she always goes out of her way to make sure my meds are ordered and in on time and she's so extra nice to me .I love her to pieces And there's another little sweetie there I think her name is Kaylie or Kayla I'm not quite sure but awesome too . I used to feel awkward always picking up new medication but everyone is so kind to me there I don't feel like that anymore. I live close to this Walgreens. I make frequent and sporadic purchased headed to my home and from. Every single employee is personable and chatty. They all do their jobs and I don't believe I've ever just seen them standing around. The lady from London is my favorite. She's way friendly and one day when I was having a bad day she said "sadness doesn't stay around forever". Kindness will get her far in life. I've never experienced the pharmacy staff. read more

Worst customer experience of my life I only give it one star because yelp won't allow me to give it no stars. I refuse to ever take my business to another walgreens, as well as switching my pharmacy. I went with my family to get some medicine for my 8 year old autistic cousin because he was sick and I decided to let him pick out a toy from the toy aisle as we were looking through the toys the closing manager (Jim Hensley) decided to approach us and inform us to put the toys back in the spot we found them (confusing to me seeing as we were looking and hadn't picked up a single toy) I replied saying that we would, and continued to look, Jim decided to start to walk away but then turn around and proceed to stare at me for a few minutes, when I looked back he decided to ask me if I had a problem?!? I was shocked and replied asking why he was staring at us and he replied with an increasingly confrontational voice that he was staring at specifically me! I'm sorry but who do you think you are Jim?? I've worked in retail and customer service most of my life and I find this unacceptable to approach a customer and speak so rudely is utterly ridiculous and I'm baffled how he ever got promoted to a manger? Was it because of what I was wearing or maybe my sexual orientation, maybe you thought i would steal the toy, not sure what it was that offended you? I'm still trying to figure out what was so wrong that I did, but I'll tell you this much I am well respected in my career and can afford a toy from walgreens (don't need to steal it) and do not appreciate being judged by the way that I look. Maybe Jim talks to all customers in this manner? Not quite sure but I recommend to stay away from walgreens in general seeing the disrespectful "mangers" that they hire, but if you must go to walgreens I strongly recommend any other one. read more
