I never had an issue concerning grinding but when I was in the chair about this one tooth, I hear the words "appliance" which i was unfamiliar with. The word was not explained to me, the procedure not mentioned, and alternatives were not mentioned. I was not made aware of ANYTHING. Suddenly after sedation or whatever he did, (again not explained), I see a tooth pass by my face. before I could ask, a number of teeth were out and I stopped and quickly left. Half of my upper teeth were gone and I had no choice but to go to an unrelated dentist who told me it was too late that an appliance was really another name for false teeth. Now I look in the mirror and see a freak who can no longer eat the foods I cherished. My MD said a lawsuit was called for but I did nothing. Before going to this place, remember, within 24 hours I had not a SINGLE upper tooth in my head. It changed my life for good. Think twice or you might end up like me.
