While the customer in front of me was being checked out, I had enough time to grab a bag of chips. When I returned, it was my turn. I greeted the cashier, but instead of returning my greeting, she gave me a look that felt dismissive. She didn't tell me my total, so I read it off the screen and handed her my money. When I said "thank you," she rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't want to hand me my change. I normally have a great experience here, which is why this stood out to me so much. I just wanted to share my experience in case this is something that can be addressed. LUZ A. I suggest you find something else that does not work with the public or change the attitude. I went to the office to report and the manager said many people have reported you! Do better honey !

It never turned on and evidently was out of order, so I went inside to inquire about it and three people were at the counter.said they knew nothing about it, but the older lady said it hadn't work in weeks. So instead of refunding my one dollar- not really that big a deal but a pain in the butt- they told me they're not "reliable" for it and said they would call someone if there was no number on the machine. there was no number on the machine so I went back inside and the girl said she would call them in a minute after she finished doing whatever it was she was doing and proceeded to count down a cash drawer and say sorry you're having a bad day. Not until now is what I told her as I waited some more. By now I'm getting a little perturbed and asked the name of the place as I get out my iPhone to report this on yelp. Suddenly, one of the other ladies hands me a dollar refund and says she'll deal with it later. No sign on the non-working 1$ machine for two weeks??? Makes you wonder about this place. Wonder how many people you can swipe a day this way? Ps- I live in Kilgore, but won't be supporting this local "business" anymore.

I thought maybe my car was not heavy enough for the bell to trigger the sound so I drove back over it. Old slender brown haired lady, turned around, opened window and very hateful said, " You do not have to run over the bell again. We are extremely busy in here", then shut the window again. About another 5 min pasted and she opened the window again and just looked at me, no what can I help you with or anything. I had absolutely had enough with her attitude! I told that perhaps next time a customer is sitting here for a while she should at least let them know that she is very busy and she will be with me as soon as she can. Common curtsey. Apparently Mrs. Attitude took offense to my suggestion and said " I do not have to and I am not serving you today". So I went across the street and Riches liquor store. They took my $524.00 order and cash! Lol Also I am mailing this complaint to headquarters in Dallas.

She told me she had to check out the people in the store, and i said, yes but i was there before all of the people she had checked out, it went back and forth a little, then I said fine, then another lady, I think was the manager said, "we have to check out the inside customers first and that she could refuse me service, to which i said no need I was gone and left.
