After asking more questions, I realized she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products and was mostly guessing. Another girl with silverish hair came upfront, heard me asking questions, but didn't bother to help. What upset me the most was other customers asking questions that had just left the store, and the green-haired girl started talking trash about them to the other employee, as if making fun of people for their questions. She seemed a bit younger, so I'd guess she has a lot of growing up to do. I've never had issues at this location before today and have found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Today's visit through me off in the wrong way. Very unprofessional mannerisms on the employees part.

Not only do they have better prices on ALL my prescriptions, their customer service is superior! Tom made several phone calls to Meijer to get my prescription turned over and then let me know when it was ready... All within a couple of hours. I also had to call him a couple more times with various questions, and he was patient and friendly on the phone every time! I am looking forward to continued excellent hometown customer service. Oh, and they also have a great variety of specialty medical items that I haven't seen at other pharmacies. I wish I had known about them when I broke my leg!!
