Twice I've gone to this Walgreens, and twice they've had issues with verifying insurance. The first time, the tech couldn't understand that we have dual coverage... after explaining it a couple times, he finally got it. The second time we came here, they had our dual coverage, but even after 3 hours, they couldn't verify our insurance would cover Augmentin, a common antibiotics. It was 9:30pm, and they close at 19pm, so I offered to pay cash in order to expedite the process. They agreed and we were ready to check out within 15 minutes. I went to pay, and low and behold, it was only my copay of $15. I should be happy, but why does this Walgreens have such a problem with verifying insurance coverage? I never had this problem with them when we lived in a different state. I'm tempted to change pharmacies at this point. But maybe I'll give them 1 more chance since they should have our insurance coverage dialed into the computer? read more

Waited in the pharmacy line for 20 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me. Got to the window at 5:59 PM. Was informed that they were closed and would not give me my daughters prescription. Will never use this Walgreens again. Can't believe that they let everybody wait in line 20 minutes. They could only serve two vehicles in 20 minutes and then the rest of us are told the pharmacy is now closed and we're not able to get our medication's. Absolutely ridiculous. Now my my daughter will not have medication for tonight. If I could leave zero stars, I would horrible customer service. Super slow. Transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Store employees are ALWAYS great, pharmacy not so much! Had to go back 3x due to errors on my meds, employee interactions are zombie like. Maybe they're just overworked, but acknowledging their errors would've been great. And what's with the tinted window at the drive thru? Can't even see who you're talking to and don't know if anyone is there until you hear a voice.... read more

Such a disappointing experience. I ordered prints of photos and business cards that were supposed to be ready on the same day, I went after the time my order was supposed to be ready and was only given my photos and was told that the cards had not yet been cut and that it takes too long to cut them so I'd have to go back in the morning. I went back in the evening giving them all day to cut 10 pieces of paper and was told that they forgot to do it and it would take a few minutes. I walked around the store for about 25 minutes and went back and they had cut off way too much off of the bottom and the top had a lot of excess paper not cut. They said that's the best they could do and that they could cancel my order if I wasn't happy. Since I couldn't use those cards I had my order canceled and Joseph who claims to be the manager said he couldn't find my account with my phone number so he made me make an entirely new account where he misspelled my name and said he canceled the order but showed me nothing proving my order was cancelled. I asked for a receipt or any proof that I would get credited back and he said I can check my bank statements. He was extremely rude and walked away while I was still asking questions and when I went to the front register to pay for some more items, I asked the cashier if Joseph was the manager and they told me that he is not. I will be sticking to other locations if this is how customers are treaded for mistakes made by employees. He needs to learn how to treat people or he shouldn't be working in customer service. I was nice about it the entire time and he did nothing but talk over me and raise his voice and tell me he wasn't going to do anything about it and I can reorder. Please do better at who you have interacting with customers. read more

Last time I came to this location the drive up was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. After waiting in line for 15 minutes the manager comes and closed off the window stating the window was closing at 5 o'clock It w 4:50. The 15+ people waiting in line was told to go to drive-through. Then tonight I was on hold for an hour and 28 minutes to ask about a prescription that I had. They never picked up and then the phone hung up so disappointed I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

This Walgreens location is a joke. My doctor sent in a prescription for a something for pain. Then I get a call that it is delayed while Walgreens gets it approved by the doctor. OF COURSE IT'S APPROVED!!! The doctor sent it to you!!! That was yesterday. Today I called my doctor and she said Walgreens NEVER tried getting ahold of her. She was going to call Walgreens back so I can get what I NEED!!!! Now I get another call from Walgreens saying it is delayed again. I'M IN DAMN PAIN AND NEED THIS AND BECAUSE THEY DON'T FEEL THE PAIN THEY PLAY THEIR DAMN GAMES!!! I have NEVER had this problem ANY WHERE else!!! read more

Every single time I walk into this Walgreens it is guaranteed that I will encounter the rudest employees. Including the managers! They don't even give you a chance to say hello before already wanting you out of the store. read more

A lot of great people that work here!!! Jason Jaramillo the pharmacy manager is wonderful as well as the rest of the staff! My wife loves the beauty must have sales on the weekends in the beauty department. Also very easy to use the app to upload and print photos!!! read more
