If zero was an option I would take it. I went to Walgreens tonight feeling under the weather. I go in there quite often being it's in my area of town. Well I walked in and immediately was followed around by male worker with black hair and glasses. I have never been this insulted in my life, especially with the amount of money I spend at that store. This definitely makes me not want to go back. I remember when this store used to have friendly customer service. Wasted a trip today to pick up a prescription. I checked the pharmacy hours beforehand but arrived during a pharmacy lunch break that is not listed on their website. When I returned the pharmacy line was extremely long. Happily, I was not in a hurry for my prescription. I will come back another day with a folding stool and a book to make the wait endurable. I have switched most of my prescriptions to a mail-order service but still must use Walgreen's for one-time medications. read more

I would literally give this location no stars if I could. I typically love Walgreens; however, this Walgreens is the worst. They're slow & they're rude! Today, I was In line for nearly 25 minutes.. it was close to closing but I had only gotten the call that my prescription was ready about 15 minutes prior to getting there. When it was finally my turn, I pulled up to the window & the sign "there's no pharmacist available- closed" was up.... I tried to get there attention. I have a serious infection and have been waiting all day for this fill and the staff didn't even give me the time of day to simply say "sorry we are closed". I would have so much more respect for them if they had common decency. read more

My husband was recommended to go get his Covid test done here. He had no problems getting in the test done. But he never got his results back and it's been almost a month. We both got our test done a day apart from different Walgreens and I got my test back within three days. When he called to ask about his test they just gave him a number to call and that number told him that they have not received his test yet so in all we do not know where his test went. read more

So Far, I have been on hold for over 2 hours and 50 minutes. Over an hour as the next caller in line. Trying to find the Status of my prescription. Pretty obvious these people do NOT care about customers or their issues. This location is worthless! read more

Overall, they do a pretty good job here. Service is good and employees are helpful. I'm not sure if this applies to all Walgreens, but they really put you through the "ringer"to buy liquor. Yet, employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Also this Walgreens sometimes has homeless people sitting on the bench outside. Sometimes I try to help them but it's not always great to have needy people asking for money. read more

Literally, is a good Walgreens and probably would get a 5 star, but the photo department makes them drop so bad. The photo department is INCOMPETENT. My wife and I normally get photos and canvas made from other Walgreens, but the last 2 times we have tried from this store they are so incompetent!!! We will order a nice canvas for same day pickup, like we do from others, & receive it like we are promised, BUT NOT THIS ONE. They will let you order them, but then CANCEL the order with NO CALL, EMAIL, OR TEXT SAYING THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. We drive all the way they after getting a conformation email AND an email saying it's done when in reality it was cancelled without any notice. Then the worker goes on to say, "yeah, we don't do those. So I cancelled it." NO APOLOGY. UNACCEPTABLE! This was suppose to be a Wedding present, but now, we are showing up with no present. read more

This place has become a necessary evil in my life. I need what they have when family members get ill. However, if I could plan all this out I would just order what I need from Amazon. They had good cashiers, but they seem to not stick around too long. Now the bad ones stay forever! I have been next in line waiting for an exceptionally slow cashier, a second cashier will come and take the guy in the back of the line! Great customer service. But again a necessary evil in my life. The quicker cashiers work in the liquor department, if that makes sense, so if you are over 21 go to that check out and get on with life. read more

INEPT pharmacist and staff causing great inconvenience at every turn almost gleefully! The drive-thru ultra feminine male technician embodies an ineffective employee that dares to have an attitude after proving an inability to carry out the simplest of tasks... such as double checking prescription information. The equally ineffective pharmacist likes to play games with your ID ('forgetting' to return it) to ensure further wasting of your time. Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy like the plague. You'll find a much more professional pharmacy at the Belen location. It appears not Walgreens pharmacies are as pathetic as the one in Los Lunas. Save time, feel appreciated and know and feel the impact the correct implementation of your pharmaceutical needs can be met at location in Belen with a kind, caring and professional staff. read more

Pharmacy hours: 10:00-6:00 Their prices are a bit higher than WalMart, but my medical provider has an account only at Walgreens. So unless I want to pay for my meds myself without any help from my medical provider, I have to use Walgreens. read more

THIS is the best neighborhood store I've been in for a long time. The people there are so friendly and willing to help. One lady Lorenza who works in cosmetics, knows everything about her products. I'm constantly needing help and asking questions, she is so patient. She really goes up and above. I could go to other places, but since everyone here is so willing to go out of their way to help, I don't bother. read more
