(Very nice and newer building) I was greeted and waited maybe 15m before the dentist himself, called me back. Dr Oz's ability to establish rapport and communicate with me was unmatched. He was clear and concise with the information but it was provided in a way that made me feel like I'd known this provider for years. X-ray technology was fast and efficient and was awesome to see in action. I had two teeth extracted and still left with a smile. This dental office keeps it 100% from the reception team to the direct care team. The communication about each step taken and the attention to my needs during the procedure were almost too good to be true. Doc, you're not just a provider, you're my brother! Everyone in his team from the receptionists to the medical assistants and hygienists are friendly and very skilled! They all work very well together and enjoy their job! Personally I've probably seen some of the worst dentists in Albuquerque. They exaggerated my dental problems to try and make more money. I was very stressed trying to find a good reputable dentist I could trust. I highly recommend making Dr Mark Johnson your new dentist you won't be disappointed!

Dr Ash and his staff are my favorite dental office out of every single dentist I have ever been to…read morein my 31 years. First off, Jerry at the front desk is great. He is always so kind and efficient at getting appointments scheduled. The dental assistants are always quick to pull me back for my appointment so I can't even tell you what the waiting room is like lol. The cleanings are done with efficiency and gentleness. I appreciate how they stay on top of my dental health with gum measuring and xrays. Dr Ash has done a couple procedures for me and I have total confidence in him and his advice for my dental needs. I feel like my mouth is the healthiest it's ever been since switching to this office. I really can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Ash is a fantastic dentist running a great operation. I first contacted his office due to…read moreseveral chipped teeth, needing a few extractions, needing crowns, and fillings due to a preexisting condition. I articulated how sensitive my mouth is to his staff and they handled it as well as I could have hoped. They evaluated the state of my mouth, created a plan to address the issues right then and there (including different options that were available as well as the financial cost of each option), and he was able to plainly and simply explain to me what was happening, what had caused it, and prevention measures in the future (such as Clinpro toothpaste). Throughout the experience Dr. Ash and his staff did everything possible to ensure the comfort of the patient, utilizing several numbing techniques (as well as having the option of using laughing gas at any time for a fixed fee of $75 per use, if memory serves me correctly), and offering ibuprofen if pain is anticipated once the numbing wears off. He also personally went out of his way to ensure that all of the work was done in the most cost efficient manner. Dr. Ash refuses to up-charge and will instead offer discounts depending on the work set to be done. He also has a dental payment plan that is available should you need to pay incrementally. Additionally, he gave me his personal number to contact him in the event that the healing process gave me something unexpected, and he has responded and gone out of his way on the weekend (!!!) to give me his professional advice on varying topics related to my procedures, what to expect, and if what i'm experiencing is 'normal'. He is also willing to prescribe pain medication for the severe pain/procedures (like extractions) where ibuprofen or similar pain killers just aren't enough. His staff is fantastic, warm, and friendly - starting with Jerry who greets me with a smile (or used to, before COVID, now I just assume he's smiling under his mask) upon my arrival. His dental hygienists are friendly and I have had a number of good conversations on a variety of topics that had nothing to do with dentistry. The equipment doesn't appear to be 'state of the art', but he is able to do everything efficiently nonetheless. My only complaint is that Dr. Ash, who is himself a musician, has such a robust playlist of music (from his library, not spotify or radio) that I will routinely hear songs that i've never heard before, instantly like, and want to purchase myself, only to forget it a few songs later when the process inevitably repeats itself. I still have not heard the same song more than once and I'd say i've spent roughly 15 hours in his chair over the past calendar year. All in all, Dr. Ash will be my dentist for as long as I'm within a 100 mile radius of his office. Cannot say enough good things about this practice.
