The dentist I was seeing wasn't being very professional towards the end. I went in to get fillings. The amazing dentist that works here named Jenifer made a ever so small mistake and didn't numb me correctly. Instead of owning up to her mistake and talking to me, she decided to kick me out and get me banned from the place. I tried several times to talk to her to get it cleared up but she refused to talk to me. If you are expecting your dentist to be professional, try another place. The manager wouldn't even listen to my side of it, just took Miss Jenifer's side at face value. Sucks because she is an amazing dentist that made me feel safe and comfortable. But she wouldn't admit or even talk about the situation so I can't recommend this place. If she would cal me and work this out with me I would be perfectly happy to change this review. But I first called about a month ago and she refuses to call back so I don't think that will ever happen. TL:DR The dentists there are very good at their job, but the one that I saw made a mistake and instead of talking about it, avoided it completely being very unprofessional. Sadly can't recommend. Edit: had to add onto this. I left this review and about an hour later a lady called telling me "Stop leaving bad reviews or I'll get a restraining order against you. We are not responsible for your actions." And wouldn't let me get a word in at all and I called her back to try and discuss it but she wouldn't talk to me. I didn't leave a bad review because I wanted to ruin their reputation or whatever she decided, I left it to speak about how I was treated, and so others can go to this place well informed. Getting threatened to leave a good review or to delete this one is weird. Never heard of a place of business doing that. Well anyway, I hope they do try to take legal action against me. I'm looking forward to it. I posted this originally on Google and decided to put it here as well so as many people are as well informed as possible. Boss lady, please respond to the email I sent so we can get anything cleared up and fixed.

Once getting there, filling out forms with all the necessary personal information. Even-though I have no issues with any of my teeth or gums that would warrant x-rays he would not let me have my teeth cleaned. I informed him of past breast cancer and that I avoid unnecessary radiation as much as possible. The dentist said that without the x-rays he could not do his job. I asked if he could do a visual exam and I will allow x-rays if needed when a problem arises. The dentist said to go somewhere else. Rude person with no explanation why he can't have tech clean teeth without an x-ray.

We got in the car and my daughter told me her teeth didn't feel "squeaky clean" like they normally do after the dentist so I took a look when I got home. There was a considerable amount of plaque all around her gum lines still! I checked my son and it wasn't as bad but they definitely were not as clean as they should have been after a professional cleaning! I do have to say, the front desk staff was very nice.

I originally went there with my friend to get IV's, then they talked us into getting a monthly subscription. That then built up to doing hormone replacement and a Dutch test. My husband and I each got a program with them. We spent a lot of money on the programs and we customized it to IVs, shots and medication. They ended up delivering my husband's medication to his ex wife's house (talk about a HIPPA and privacy violation) and causing some unnecessary drama. Then when I went in for my NAD+ infusion IVs they gave me the wrong dosage. The old owner (Dr. Cox's) husband realized the error when I was checking out and apologized and told me that they would make it right and give me a free push bag for after the NAD+ infusion. I called a few months later to make my appt and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for them to get back to me to tell me that they couldn't find anything in my notes to indicate that I was given the wrong dose. Then they said that they will call the new owner Kat to see if she'll validate what was promised. I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to tell me that she won't give me the push bag that I would have to pay for it ($200). I called to see what changed and why they wouldn't give me what was promised since it was an error on their part. They ended up getting back to me and 1 1/2 week later to tell me that Kat said it had been too long and since the program was over a year ago, she will not honor what was promised. The new owner of Vessel Longevity should be contractually bound (by the contract I signed) to honor what was promised and what I paid for...even more so, when the negligence of her staff gave me the wrong dosage.

Within days, she developed rapidly worsening symptoms that ultimately landed her in the ICU. Thankfully, her PCP was able to order emergency botulism antitoxin that was flown in from the CDC. When she began reporting concerning symptoms to her injector, she was reassured that what she was experiencing could not be related to the Botox injections. To my knowledge, her injector texted her to follow up with her, but didn't reach out at all beyond that (such as a phone call) during her hospitalization or recovery. Seven months later, she is still dealing with significant daily health challenges, and has not once heard from the injector. I understand adverse reactions can occur with any medical procedure, even when performed by licensed professionals. But compassionate follow-up, careful listening, and patient support matter just as much as the procedure itself- especially when something goes horribly wrong and ends up changing the course of someone's health and life.
