This place had it, plus an interesting key chain to add to the order. A week or so later came a store-wide holiday discount and the purchase of a neat and practical hard leather valet tray. My items arrived professionally and on time. That of course is just scratching the surface at Colonel Littleton as their catalog is chock full of heirloom quality (and looking) leather bags and luggage items. Most of them are outside my price range, but it never hurts to look, and maybe take advantage of a future discount.

I called because when the Roadie from UPS, Tyler B brought my order, he failed to leave the entire order. I spoke with Kelly who was the most obnoxiously rude person I have ever had to deal with. She said that I didn't have an order and when I tried to ask if they had any contact information for the delivery people, she told me to shut up and let her talk. I informed her that I was the customer and was trying to get to the bottom of this, she rudely hung up on me. I want her fired!!!!! She should never be in contact with customers. The store manager Brandon Wall is out of the store, so there is absolutely no one in that store with any authority and now I have to figure out how I am going to get the dog food I have already paid for. -20 stars is too high for this location, take your business to the Athens, AL store.
