This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy and worst pharmacy overall I have ever visited in the United States. They messed up my mother's prescription, the doctor called them to fix it, and when we got there it was still messed up and they offered no apology. They've messed up my prescription numerous times. Had to call them 4 times regarding a Rx they couldn't find although I confirmed it had been called in by my provider. The last person I spoke to assured me finally, that they had it and it would be ready for pickup in 1-1.5 hours. I arrive nearly two hours later and they tried to convince me that I did not have a profile and no prescription was received even though they had confirmed it on the last phone call. After I refused to leave, they finally found it and said ooops, we've been busy and never scanned it in. I had to circle around in the line and wait even longer even though I gave them even longer than the timeframe they quoted. read more

I will be transferring my business else where after my experience last night. My last night off for a while and I had taken my daughter in to get the flu shot since she is out of school due to the school being closed for a high number of absent students because of sickness, mainly the flu! We got there at 7:51 pm (they close at 8:00pm) and got back to pharmacy at 7:52 pm. Upon my request to get my daughter the vaccine the tech first acted like she was too young, asking how old she was, then she conversed with the Pharmacist about if they had any more flu vaccines or not before finally telling me it was too late to get a flu shot because they closed in 5 minutes! I was the only customer there, so I asked why since we were there before closing that we couldn't get it and they told us everything shuts down completely at 8:00pm! I could tell from the very beginning they didn't want to have to do anything! If you are open until 8:00 pm and you have no other customers in line you should offer all services to a customer that gets there before closing! Very unprofessional! read more
