Three stars because much like other Walgreens locations I find it can be hard to find what you're looking for depending on what it is. If you're looking for say cold medicine you'll be fine. Other things? It totally depends. I wish there was a kiosk like at Ikea where you can type in what you are looking for and they tell you which aisle. I also wish there was a self checkout. I feel like I'm always waiting behind loads of people just to buy one thing. At any rate, I found what I was looking for here, and it was fine, but nothing to really write home about.

Their automated call service is not helpful. What I do to get a human talking to me is Prescription Status, talk to pharmacist. That has always worked for getting to a person but now the people are hanging up on me after they said please wait??? If you can, do not go to this Walgreens or Walgreens in general.

They told me that the henna I have used to strengthen and relax my curly hair had destroyed my hair and that my grey hair would never be a nice texture. That no product would help. I told her that I was desperate for an immediate solution, even an imperfect one while I waited to hear back from her. She said there were none. I decided to look for the L'Oreal product anyways. It was $14, so I bought it. Lost business over $14. The Loreal product is wonderful. My cuticle is closed, and my hair looks the best it has in years. I greatly appreciate the salesperson who showed me where to find what I came in to buy in the first place. I was happy to pay extra to be pampered with a protein treatment. I will find a different salon to do so. I've dealt with enough hair stylists who do what they want rather than listening to what their customer is asking for. The hard sell is not what I needed. This is not how you should get clients. It's a good store. Clean, and well staffed. Maybe just be careful of the folks who will tell you that your hair is a lost cause - it may only cost $14 to fix your problem, but they are selling a service not fixing your issue. Disappointed to find that hair at Ulta is no different than taking my car to the mechanic. Refusing to listen to the customer, trying to sell services that are unnecessary, and refusing to provide simple solutions if they can't make it expensive.

A few years ago Sephora went down to 2 samples with a purchase, instead of 3. Ordering online is obviously a bit easier, but the sample selection at an actual store is better and it's so nice getting to try the products and especially smell the perfumes in person. Valarie and Lili were the associates who helped me the other day. Lili found a great shade of the new YSL foundation for me. It's a bright, clean store with great customer service- plus there are fantastic massage chairs outside the store that are inexpensive and lovely- ahhhhh
