Other things? It totally depends. I wish there was a kiosk like at Ikea where you can type in what you are looking for and they tell you which aisle. I also wish there was a self checkout. Their automated call service is not helpful. What I do to get a human talking to me is Prescription Status, talk to pharmacist.
