    They had a pharmacist available at 3 am and he was very helpful getting my son's nebulizer medication filled ASAP! What a godsend!

    Terrible customer service personally and over the phone. It's sad to see how people don't appreciate the opportunity of working anymore.

They are very warm and sweet to those they wish to cater to (ie Hispanic women/men). Now I speak Spanish fully and am Hispanic myself (don't look like I do tho) Went in during the new pandemic measures. They lock the door to limit the amount of people, understandable. My mom and I go in, I found what I wanted quickly and went to the front to pay. As I'm getting to the front the "stylist" is finishing up with her current customer. She walks her to the door, blows her air kisses and says to her is Spanish to take care and she'll see her soon. Now once my mom and I reach the counter, the "stylist" changes her demeanor completely. She becomes cold and it's super apparent that she doesn't want to assist us. She doesn't greet us or ask if we found everything ok either. Now usually at the beginning of the transaction, they ask if you have a Sally's card. She never asks and I volunteer and tell her that I have one. She cuts me off and tells me to wait. She finishes ringing up my items and then gets my phone number. She proceeds to grill me on my information about my Sally's card. Asks me for my name and what kind of card I have prolonging the process unnecessarily. I have never been asked to verify my information in great detail. Just to verify my name. She finishes the transaction, barely says have a good day and unlike her previous customer, doesn't walk us to the door or give us a warm goodbye. When we are leaving my mom says "Wow her demeanor changed really quick!" To which I replied in Spanish, "It's probably because I don't speak Spanish." The "stylist" shoots me daggers and continues to give my mom and I dirty looks. ***Should also mention that I literally go this location for convenience. Always have an issue, have called corporate several times and nothing ever comes of it. But now I'll take my license and business elsewhere! SALON CENTRIC and COSMOPROF are ten times better, friendlier, more knowledgeable and don't judge or follow you through the store. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

    I brought my oldest here because they are looking at some options for wigs and their hair stylist…read morerecommended this place as a good resource. They were fairly easy to find located in the strip mall. They are apparently a wholesale supplier who also sells to the public. They had a ton of wigs in stock along with a myriad of other hair care related products. It was quite a large store with fairly narrow aisles. We spoke to the lady at the front counter who got us assistance from one of the other employees. I explained in detail to each of them the circumstances and what we were looking for. The young lady that helped us was able to show us some possible wig choices but we have a problem because of allergies to fabrics and need to find a place that can sew in silk linings. In the end they were able to recommend five places to contact that might be able to assist us further in this matter. We keep pursuing these because we hope to be able to find someplace we can go into in person but so far the only luck we've had is with places that are online where we wouldn't have much knowledge of the product until it arrived. If you are interested in any type of wigs or hair care products this is probably one of the best places you can go in Central Florida.

    September 4th, 2023…read more rude , unprofessional manager named Perla unwarranted bad attitude. Today was the worst experience I've had at Sephora by far. so I walked into the store and I was greeted kindly. I continue to search for a new products and make up and as I'm trying on products, I find a beautiful blessed that I had been looking for. I looked around for a team member and I seen a young lady who was working there stocking shelves, checking products, I walked over to her and kindly asked her to help me try on this product. I let her know that I was enthusiastic about trying on the products. I asked her for help and her reply was I can help you put that on the way that she spoke to me was rude. She seem to have an attitude. I kindly told her that's OK I'll just try it myself. I walked off and continue to try to put on the product. The blush got messy on my hands so I walked over to the mirror counter and attempted to put the blush on myself. I did not find what I was looking for. I did not have help so I grabbed one of the clean brushes to apply on the blush. No, I was being a sanitary as possible from my knowledge as I'm putting on the blush, another team worker walks up to me and tells me you can't use that blush that's for services only. I explain to her that I had asked for help in this department because I was unaware and she had told me OK well, you can't use these brushes they're only for services so I asked to speak with her manager. Come to my surprise the manager was the lady who was being rude. I walk up to her and I say ma'am are you the manager she goes yes I am in a rude tone. I say well I ask you for help you did not help me, so I tried the product on myself, and was told I am not in the right the way that I was using it. I told her if you had kindly told me how I could use this area to try on this product I would have known. I told her that her tone was rude and if she would've had proper customer service that this situation would not have happened and now I am not having a good experience. She did not apologize. She continue with her rude tone and I told her that I would be reporting this to her managers. She hesitated to give me her managers information and told me to just go to sephora.com to report her as I kept asking who are her managers. She finally gave me two names. I put them into my phone and I asked her how to spell her name. She puts on a condescending tone and tells me well. I'm sorry if you feel that way, and I told her I have been in customer service, and all she had to do was explain to me how to use the products and , tell me so that I can be knowledgeable. She continued with a condescending tone by telling me we'll have a good day. I explain to her that I was not having a good day. This is not a good experience for me, and that I will be reporting her she's smart and I had walked off. It's very unfortunate when people spend thousands of dollars yearly at Sephora and we walk into a Sephora and we're not treated kindly. We're not giving a true apology and they were gaslighted to feel like , we are in the wrong. There is a way that you talk to customers and there is a way that you are not to talk to customers and I do not feel like someone in this position should have spoken to me in this way, considering the tone that I was giving her. I will continue to press this issue, because of her tone in her condescending manner, her shrug shoulders, and the fact that people were walking around the store, looking for help and she's the manager manager there and that's the way that she runs the store. Her name is Perla. And the other ladies name is Wilmarie. My problem with WillMary is the fact that she also didn't show me how to use the product myself. She just told me that I'm not using it correctly and I cannot use the bushes is for services at what point do you show a customer who does not know how to use something or use an area how to do it is this common practice here?.
