This store is located in a very nice neighborhood. I have noticed that it is not very well maintained. Just picked up an rx and their parking lot is full of garbage and inside the floors look like they have not been cleaned in ages. My husband and I moved to Kalamazoo recently. Walgreen's is conveniently located near our home so we chose it as our pharmacy. We got so lucky. This is a wonderful pharmacy. First, great parking and easy in and out. Second, it is clean. I mean open spacious well lit and CLEAN! The associates are very well trained and have excellent customer skills at check out. They are friendly and helpful. In the Pharmacy area, the staff are knowledgeable and skillful. They take time to make sure you know about your medicaltion and answer all questions. They also seem to really enjoy working their and are a real team. Very respectful of customers and of each other. There is a great and easy to use drive through for prescriptions and they attend to those customers quickly. We are so grateful to Walgreens and to their dedication to customer service. You can always find an associate to help you in the aisles and at checkout. You never have to 'go searching' for staff. Pretty much your typical Walgreens. The store was clean and looked nice, but there were a lot of items out of stock. I went in specifically looking for hair products, and the men's section was sorely lacking several options (empty spots on the shelves). The cashier kind. Great customer service! The associates are always nice and asks if I need help looking for anything. Definitely sign up for the Walgreens free membership card which has a lot of perks and coupons! They do have weekly deals. You can either check them online from their website or grab a paper when you go in the store. Have tried the pharmacy only once asking for a suggestion and getting a single prescription. Pretty fast. The service at pharmacy can sometimes be off due to their rush hours. read more

There are many things I like about this Walgreens. It's open 24 hours, it's conveniently located, and the staff is generally friendly. Thanks to their loyalty program, I have never had to pay full price for my multivitamins and I occasionally get $5 off. When I'm under the weather the pharmacy staff is usually very helpful in recommending potential remedies. When I needed to renew my passport, my (comically hideous) passport photo was taken right in their photo section. Sometimes the parking lot seems a little dirty and sketch, but inside things are clean and well taken care of. All in all, it's a handy place to have around. read more

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I tried to fill a prescription here yesterday and the pharmacy tech stated that the medication would be in the next day. I called around 2:30pm because I didn't hear back yet and the pharmacy tech stated the medication was on back order and he would call me within the hour after he checked with all of the surrounding Walgreens to see if they had it in stock. After 2.5 hours and still no call, I called the pharmacy and another pharmacy tech told me that all of the other Walgreens in the surrounding area did not have the medication in stock. I stated that it was unprofessional that no one called to at least tell me that and he gave me an insincere apology and told me to check at a Walmart or Rite aid pharmacy. I won't be doing business with this Walgreens in the future and suggest no one else does if you need the pharmacy's services in the future. They won't call you back with time sensitive information. read more
