They'd prefer I fill it elsewhere because "they're a small business and it's a big hit each month." I'm so sorry you're losing money, Whaley's, but in order for my baby to gain weight, eat and thrive, he needs this medication. So much for the "shop small businesses because we care" image. The manager, Destiny, assured me they had availability and were fully staffed. When we arrived just 15 minutes later, we were told the camera had suddenly stopped working during that short window. On top of that, my husband stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to check out with no one coming to help him. Destiny's attitude was disrespectful and rude throughout the interaction -- instead of offering an apology or a solution, she became confrontational, accused us of being unreasonable, and told us to leave. Extremely poor customer service and a frustrating waste of time after being told everything was ready to go. I would not recommend this location for passport photo services.
