This was over a month ago and we have heard every excuse...first...it was our bank ..then it was the accounting dept...then it was IT department...we still do not have our refund. I had VSP call and while I was on the phone the VSP rep reached out to the front staff. They LIED to the VSP rep and she caught them in it. Next stop I guess is our bank to file fraud. I have an existing prescription from my doctor and just need to order some glasses. I excepted to be in and out once I found the glasses I liked. I spent about 25 minutes walking around the store checking out everything, trying on glasses and seeing what fit and what I liked. I spoke to 3 employees and said hello as I walked through the store and I was never greeted in return. They walked around or passed me each time without response. Very rude treatment. There were other customers in the store when I arrived but it had cleared out by the time I was leaving. I eventually started to make for the door and one employee made eye contact with me as I walking out and by their facial expressions realized I had never been seen. There are other options in town. I am patient, I will wait my turn but I will not line up to pay money to be treated poorly.

This is the second time I received defective glasses. The people that work there were accommodating…read moreand polite, but everything that is done off-site is trash. My first pair , ordered about a year ago, had a human hair pressed into the lens resulting in a cracked-like appearance running through the middle of the lens. The second pair, I went to pickup today, were grossly warped changing the overall appearance and style. After inspection, the lenses were oversized and the frames were permanently damaged. This isn't a quality product and everything is built poorly. I will not be returning here in the future.
