I just went to go pick up a prescription for a very painful ear infection where I can't even hear and what do ya know. No f*cking pharmacist. Why does anybody go here?! The service is terrible and now they have limited pharmacy hours. Crappy service during the small window when they're open and this is supposed to be America's Pharmacy? I waited hours for a pain medicine when my husband was in an accident. The staff said they would be closing before they could fill it (huh?!) and did I want to transfer it to another branch that was opened past 8 pm? (remember, Walgreens is supposed to be a pharmacy, but apparently they turn into a grocery store at 8 pm). I said fine and then drove to another branch to pick it up. However, it was a pain medicine that couldn't be transferred, according to the new branch. And now the original branch is closed. Called first thing this morning and the automated line says the pills are ready BUT they don't open until 10 am?!?! Why couldn't I get it last night. WHO IS YOUR LEADER?!? This place is trash. Find a local place that makes you the priority. read more

This is a very convenient Walgreens. It's right in town by the Capital Mall and the blvd. Fairly nice but could use a little scrub down. Nice selection and the workers are super nice. Love this Walgreens. read more

I had a long wait and then was told they could not fill my prescription because there was 'something wrong with my card'. That took over twenty minutes for them to figure out. I went to my insurance provider and updated my card in a couple of minutes. Went back to Walgreen's and wasted another 27 minutes (I timed them this go round) before they came back and told me that they could not 'figure out' the insurance card. The next day they gave me a call over the phone and asked me if my birth year was 1958. I said it was and they said they would be happy to fill my prescription now. I said it was too late and I found another pharmacy - in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more
