I've been filling here for a long time. Things have definitely changed, and not for the better. Medications are always out of stock, I have many scripts partially filled and have to wait on the remainder all the time. Staff rotates, where in the past you would always see the same people. It is evident that the staff hates their jobs-it shows. I have to ask over and over for medications to be put on auto refill and it rarely happens. There is a new young man now on the pharmacy staff who is curt, rude and who has zero empathy or customer service. Hopefully he will be out of there soon, since no staff stays there more than three months. read more

My Doctor send prescription to this Pharmacy and their staff are very rude and never answer the phone. I had attached several time to get an update an ETA my prescription out of stock details and for 2days I couldn't get any on the phone. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 9:00 am. I needed to speak to pharmacist about some medication. 9:10 and it is still closed. Went to the from counter and a tall man was working, I believe he is the manager, and asked about the pharmacy not being open and he rudely said the pharmacy opens at 9:00 and I said well it is 9:10. He didn't try to help or apologize that it wasn't open. Very rude. I will go to CVS next time. read more

I have ordered my pictures to the photos center twice at this location. The first time I could tell the guy was looking at my photos, but I didn't say anything. He was kind of awkward when he checked me out. Mind you I have ordered pictures to a Walgreens for the past six months for a loved one, and I've never been told anything about it. This time in particular I go to this location and the manager lets me know that I am not allowed to send pictures through this location anymore because my pictures are considered "provocative" which is absolutely ridiculous considering you are not supposed to be looking through people's pictures that are personal and they are paying for some discretion. I think it was so unacceptable and unprofessional for the manager to tell me something about my personal photos. It's honestly disgusting and she informed me that I would not be able to print photos there anymore. One cashier, 2 people in front of me. One purchased cigarettes. He was about 30 years of age. My turn in line. Try to purchase 6 ON nicotine pouches. Had cash, in a bathing suite, ID in the car. She would not sell to me. The person in front of me was never asked for ID. I'm white, 65 years of age. Your cashier is racist. Will never be back. read more

I ordered 1-hour photos (25 prints) and they were supposed to be ready at 1 PM. I came by at 4 PM and the photos were not ready and the associate was very rude and made it seem like it was inconvenient of me to stop by even though the photos should have been ready long before the time I went. She immediately cut me off and told me they were not ready (didn't bother to check) and that she wasn't even there at the time the order was supposed to be ready, told me to come back later, then moved on to the next person, wasn't able to help them either, then stormed off to an "employees only" room. A true convenience store--expensive! Mostly everything you see here is inflated unless it's on sale. Clearance items, which can be found all around the store, are worth a walk through the store once in awhile. In fact, I went the store section and found some stellar deals on toys for my nieces for less than $5!! Other than that, it's not my go to shopping location. Out of convenience, I've stopped here for a protein snack (nuts) after working out or when the Chase ATM is broken or crowded by the gym. It's pretty clean and organized, although it can get pretty busy at times. I've only seen one cashier working when I've stopped here, which leads to long lines if you're lucky. BTW: 2 Redbox kiosk outside, which is usually attracts heavy traffic as well. read more

This location closes at 12 midnight but when I arrive 11:10pm were close already. Very disappointed.

I used to hate going to this location. I transferred all my prescriptions to Sam's wholesale for the longest time because I got so tired of dealing with the pharmacy staff. That was in the last six months or more they have changed all new staff and they have been awesome I began getting all my prescriptions at this location again and I really appreciate the new staff. They are quite a bit more competent than any other staff thats been there that I can recall and I've lived in this area since the early 70s. read more

Truly the worst service every time I'm here. I had a canvas scheduled to be ready at 3 pm. Which is an estimated time. I understand that. So why at 10 pm is it still NOT ready and I was told to come back the next day at 7 am (when they open) to come get it. The night managers excuse is that no one else is "trained" to put together a canvas and she is the only one who can do it. You had 6 hours to finish this canvas that I needed for an event for the next day. Not for me to pick up the next day. Walgreens entire photo reputation is built around "having it ready in a hour". Which is a joke. This is the second time this has happened to me. I don't understand why they have not trained more of their staff to put together a canvas. I have been in customer service for over 7 years and their service is by far the most disappointing and frustrating on East Texas. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Complete bs customer service. Those people need to get fired, Beatriz at the pharmacy made me come back for my prescription 3 times now and the final time i had to wait in line and she tells me to turn around and get back in line and the medicine would be ready. I get to the window again and she tells me the medicine will not be ready until May, and it is barely March. She straight up lied to my face, she looked lost half the time and could not give me a straight answer for anything, I will do everything i can to tell peopl about the crap service they do in this location and hopefully they hold their brain dead employees accountable. I never like complaining about customer service but this is too much. read more
