Called pharmacy to refill a prescription. It took 5 minutes for the tech to get my name right. I…read morewanted two medications refilled. She got the second one wrong even after I corrected her twice! Then the tech just hung up the phone. I called back to ensure the refills went through and luckily got someone else on the phone. She confirmed both went through. When I went to pick up my medication, one was wrong, and the other still needed to be faxed in to the doctor. All around rude staff and incompetent.

Upon arrival, incorrect medications were filled and we were told to come back (after a long drive into town to get the medications) in an hour. Upon arriving back an hour later, the cashier snapped at us at she would be shutting down after the customer in front of us for lunch. We are completely understanding that everyone deserves a break, however, when telling us to come back an hour prior, a shut down of 1:30 would have been great to have mentioned. We finally convinced her to help us quickly before lunch and received a short, rude attitude and a partial-fill, with no insight as to how to receive the remainder of the medication. Horrible customer service, under-trained and all-around need for improvement. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

I had convinced myself that this was going to be a nightmare, but the staff at Inn Towne Pharmacy handled all the details with efficiency and expertise. The only unexpected surprise I had was that they only take cash or in town checks.

Within the past 4 months or so, and under new ownership, I have had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled correctly and extremely rude staff. Over the phone I have been scoffed at and told angrily to "hold on" when I would have questions about why my medications were incorrect. The staff has been short and snippy and very unhelpful. After this last experience today I just can't stand it anymore and I will be taking my business elsewhere and would caution others to carefully check any prescriptions and the amounts coming from this pharmacy.

Visited this location to drop off a couple of items to be shipped by FedEx. The lady working in the…read morephoto department helped me with my FedEx shipment. She was extremely helpful and very nice I definitely have no complaints about her. There was a different employee working at the same time was not as helpful to someone else who ask for some help in locating an item. She was not so helpful or polite to this gentleman. I'm not sure if the gentleman was from a different country or not. But I do clearly recall hearing her say speak English why don't you to him. No she did not say this in a kind or friendly manner to this gentleman. I did not get her name all I know is it begins with the letter m that's it.
