You can't ask for a better dentist. I've been going there for years and have never been disappointed. If there's a problem he's gotten me in right away and fixed it. I"ve litterally been over half the country and have not found a better dentist. The staff is always nice and then assistants are awesome. read more

Refused emergency help for my 8. Receptionist very very rude not helpful at all. All my children have been seen here.

Dr. Gresham was recommended by a friend, who told me about the savings I would get over my local dentist. About a 3 hr trip, one way however. I went to Dr. Gresham, and thought I would try it, for a bridge that I needed. The office personnel needs to do a better job of answering the phone, and sticking to the price that is "quoted" by the insurance, which I had proof. Over a year later, I am still dealing with not having the right amount that I owe, even after mailing proof of what this office gave me originally! No contact was made when I was supposed to return, after the mold, and when I called and made a trip, guess what? My teeth shifted and I had to return for another appt. Its a noisy environment and somewhat chaotic too. Dr. Gresham does have a nice mannerism about him, but things would run more smoothly if they had qualified office staff. read more

as it is the only place that excepts my insurance. you call them and one friendly person says they are accepting new patients. then a day later after you verify with your insurance what they ask to do. a rude person answers and says they are not accepting new patients and hangs up on you! read more

Gresham has been a family dentist for decades. My mother is a hip replacement patient. She had infected teeth and he was able to save her teeth and prevent her possible death! The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The office is busy but gresham knows his work! I am grateful for him! read more

I'd give him zero stars but that's unfortunately not an option, if you enjoy having healthy teeth destroyed and having bad teeth even worse or having your gums drilled at then Greshams is the man to see. Fillings he uses fall out and you'll be worse off than you were before. I had the backs of my front teeth honeycombed by him even though I looked at all my teeth front to back with a dental mirror prior to seeing Him and had zero decay and zero cavities on them yet he drilled and hallowed the backs of my front teeth. If I had the money to sue I totally would sue him. read more

You're better off with a pair of pliers, a blowtorch, and some super glue doing your own dental work at home... If you think this is a good option to save money, think again. I had 2 teeth worked on, the fillings fell out within a week three times on one tooth and twice on the other tooth. Then I got charged $1000 with an extra tooth tacked on to the bill plus being charged each time for the failed fillings plus about $90 for "medicated fillings" each time (which you can buy and apply yourself for about $3 from walmart...and you'll probably do a better job than this place since you won't be trying to juggle 6 other patients at the same time). Now here I am 6 months later and I've found that this filling was not sealed to the gum, leaving a large gap under the tooth, which has naturally turned into an excruciating infection and left me sleepless for days in massive amounts of pain and probably about to drop another $1000+ for emergency dental care. Nice friendly staff anyway, but seriously, unless it's a dental emergency (and I mean like life-or-death), I would never set foot in that office door ever again. read more

Dr Gresham did a good job on repairing my teeth. His office keeps screwing up the billing for months. I was informed that they fixed the issue but informed me that they don't want my wife and I to come back and dismissed us as patients. My need for repair was a Workman's Comp claim, but my bill kept reflecting the charges to my regular insurance. That contradicts what they tell me by phone. Fair warning to all. Keep a close eye on your bill and make sure the right insurance is being billed. Follow up with your insurance companies. Again, Dr Gresham is a good dentist and took great care of my needs medically. read more

Look, you have state insurance and need a dentist? GOOD LUCK state ins doesnt pay enough to make it worth anyones time to take your case. Gresham is the ONLY dentist who will do the work for the low price your insurance pays. That is why there is a long wait and several patients at one time. The guy is old, he knows what he is doing, he does the job well. He doesnt do it for the money, he does it for the patients. If you wnt someone who is doing it for the money go py a lot more and have less wait time and all the attention in a private room. That stuff costs money to provide and the patients at Greshams usually are on fixed incomes, disabled or in nursing homes. Call around and compare molar root canal with crown prices. Greshams is the most reasonable, I'll take the wait time in office and a couple return visits to check the bite etc. The place is honest and fair. read more

Always a tremendously long wait unless you're the first patient in the morning, but even then you're sharing your time slot with 6 or 7 other people and the dentist is rushed. He has like 8 bays, and he keeps them all filled with patients so he can go from one to another with never a moment of downtime. He'll do one little thing on my teeth, then go to another bay and do something on theirs, and so on until he makes it back to me, by which time I could have been done and out. The prices are comparatively good, but the work can be shoddy so you get what you pay for. I've never had such bad gaps and rough edges on crowns with other dentists, but this one doesn't take the time to make sure his work is precise so often I've had to return for him to correct an issue with his work. read more

Absolutely the best dentist around. Other dentists do not even want their patients to know about him. Good vibes visiting his office because all of his staff love him. I lived in Austin, Texas and I can tell you that it was hard to find dentists such as Dr. Gresham who make investments in technology and equipment, including state if the art x-ray equipment and Cerec machines and this fact facilitates better diagnoses and treatment. I live in Ontonagon and had gone to Dr. Strong there. He had very only old equipment which, in my experience, would have led to costly errors in diagnoses if I had not visited Dr. Gresham. Strong's office, while incorrectly diagnosing possible cavities, had inferior x-ray equipment which missed an absess. Instead of dealing with someone who seems burdened just to walk in the office, I found someone in Ironwood who seems to love his patients and the world. I learned about Dr. Gresham thanks to a friend who lives in Ironwood when I needed a root canal. Dr. Strong's office in Ontonagon did not include Dr. Gresham's office as a place to get a root canal. Strong's office gives its patients a list which would have sent me to Wausau, Wisconsin or to Marquette, Michigan when Dr. Gresham's office was 65 miles away. I have been going to Dr. Gresham for two years now. I am glad to have a great dentist but also to visit an office where there is a real esprit d'corps. read more
