For a first time visit and general cleaning they are booked out months. There was a waiting list option bur really? Take that radio ad money and hire another dental hygienist?? Living in the Northwoods can really suck at times. Been here many years and It's not getting better. Reinvest that money Dr. Anna and hire more staff.

It's disgusting the way they take people's money. I've been upset for days about it. It's despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves.

This office gave me an emergency phone number incase of an emergency. I called it over the weekend, NO answer, NO call back all weekend. I had to seek out a real medical doctor for antibiotics. Monday came and still no call back, so I phone in what was going on and informed the office that no one called me all weekend, the receptionist said that wasn't supposed to happen. She then said come in so we can see if its infected. I did and the assistant in the room said she was in charge of the emergency phone line that weekend and didn't answer because she was at a KIDS basketball game. Yes that is correct, instead of monitoring an EMERGENCY phone line for their paying clients she thought a basketball game was more important. Apparently, the game lasted ALL weekend as I did not get a call back at all. She and Mr. Pinzl thought that was perfectly fine that she was at the game and not returning their clients phone calls. WHO HAS AN EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER FOR THEIR CLIENTS THAT THEY DONT ANSWER?? His reply was: What is my staff supposed to do, sit by the phone all weekend?? That coming from the person who handed me the phone number himself. That is the level of care you will get. He then yelled at me on the phone for asking about it and told me to go somewhere else. All I asked was a valid question. Thank God I am not the only one that has received horrible service from this practice. With in 9 days of my procedure I was told to get lost because I raised a concern that was valid. An infection after a procedure can be very serious and that should qualify as a concern. You think they would want to correct their mistakes.
