I thought I was getting good care for years... only to discover after they told me my teeth looked good... that I have very obvious decay on several teeth. Also the 4 fillings I had done by them, they did not go deep enough to remove the decay therefore my teeth are in worse shape now then before and I have to pay to have all the fillings redone by a dentist who actually cares about my teeth. They neglected to notice some other obvious issues in 3 of my other teeth. A month after I had 2 fillings done I had excruciating pain (either they went too deep and hit a nerve or something not sure) but I had to have both those teeth removed right after they "fixed" them. I'm extremely disappointed to find out that the people I trusted to help me on my journey to fixing my teeth and getting them healthy... had the opposite effect. Please ask around and do not go here! Find a dentist who ACTUALLY cares and will LOOK at your teeth.

I notified the receptionist what insurance I had on the phone. When I arrived at the office I showed my insurance card right away and it was scanned. Then I sat down to fill out the paperwork since it was my first time at the office. I didn't finish it and I was rushed to be seen right away. The doctor spent 3 minutes the most looking at my problem and said I had to come back to fix the loose filling. Then he left the office and said to his stuff "See you next week". It was on a Tuesday. They only took couple x-rays and wanted to request the rest of them from my previous doctor's office. I also did the cleaning, which I was due for. The quality of the cleaning was questionable as the hygienist said "I didn't have much to clean". I was able to get next appointment in another few weeks. Meanwhile I couldn't chew on my left side. I left the office. Next day I received a call that my insurance is not accepted there and I have to pay the full bill out of pocket. I was in shock to say the least. In my 10 years in US I was always notified what will I have to pay up front. Not at this office. I kindly requested for a discount since I had to pay cash and I was told I would not get one. Crazy enough you can get free first evaluation and all x-rays at Aspen Dental in Wausau with no insurance. I had one and still had to pay a lot anyway. I learned my lesson and will always make sure and ask the receptionist to verify my insurance first. They blamed it all on me and rejected to cooperate. Thankfully I was in town only for few months and will not have to deal with that type of customer service again.
