Jan Spangler is one such person in my life. A former doctor suggested that I contact Jan for my PTSD during a time of unrest. I knew I wanted to plot a new path in my life's journey, but I was unsure how to do that. I was not emotionally content, nor did I understand my patterns and the process of how to change my reactions to my situation. This is where Jan's gift lies.
