We wound up walking out of there a half an hour later $100 lighter but in possession of some seriously fabulous craft beer (they carry a ton of New Glarus goodies -- not just the Spotted Cow that all the groceries and gas stations nearby carry), a fair bit of Indiana icons Three Floyds, and a pretty impressive collection of Michigan beers as well. When the cashier rang up the first beer in our build-your-own six pack she did a double take and looked at the bottom of the container to see if that price was for the whole thing. "Is this beer seriously $6?" she asked. "We're fancy," we replied. The produce and meat prices seemed very fair to us and the quality high, especially amidst the Covid crisis. And they have a little library at the entrance -- since the actual libraries have been closed for 2 months I've been desperate to get my hands on some new reading material so I was immensely grateful.
