I even asked her if she didnt feel comfortable doing the cut to just tell me. She assured me she could do it. Big lie (Just a basic short womens haircut and she seemed thrown off) She mentioned a couple times that she was an "adhd stylist" in that she would go to different sides randomly. Nothing at all that I had asked for. Couldn't even trim the back even. Now I get to have a really awful haircut on my driver's license picture. This lady should seek a new career or go back and do her schooling from the beginning over again, twice. I was able to speak to a manager before I left and appreciated her concern and taking care of the bill. I would much rather have received a great haircut than this butchered one for free. I explained to her that I have Delta Dental Insurance and it should cost around $90 or less. She became indignant and claimed that I was not a good fit for their dental office.
