It's like stepping back in time looking at the old time candies and when was a kid grandparents gave us these. We had bought a product from them several months ago, came back for more. The right people weren't there that day so couldn't find it. Asked Chris about it, he checked with the person and found it. Best part was he shipped it out to us. Usually I never have negative things to say about this store, as I'm a regular customer and always…read moresatisfied. But yesterday I had one of the worst experiences with an employee. As a mother who lives about 45 min away, I have a strict schedule to get my groceries for the 2 weeks, and obviously a budget so, I get what I need to get to feed my family of 5. Now, I've never had any employees belittle me for the amount of groceries I get until yesterday. I encountered a male employee, wears glasses. time stamp on my receipt is 5:20 Jan 30, 2026. I DO have his name. But I won't post it. He embarrassed me in front of customers, because of how much groceries I had. And was irritated because of the amount he had to scan.i understand that the line was getting long, but what I don't understand why he couldn't open up another lane. I've seen other employees do it . Every time I had something come out of the cart he went "are you serious?" In an irritated voice. And when I looked at him seeing if it was me he was speaking to, he gave me a disgusting look. I ignored it and continued to put my groceries on the line. And then he said either "goddamn or dammit" the more I took out of the cart. As I was about to pay he kept giving me attitude so I said "why are you giving me attitude?" He goes "I mean DO YOU BLAME ME??" And when I payed he looked at the customer behind me and said "I'm So sorry about the wait" as if I had done something wrong. I believe he's also a manager there, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway I hope he doesn't treat other customers that get groceries for the week that way.

This is a small, quaint country market run by a Mennonite community that carries bulk goods,…read morekitchen gadgets, and has a deli in the back. It was a fun stop for me because they have a variety of flours that I don't find in conventional grocery stores. They do carry a few of the common brands as well. In the gadget area, I found giant mixing bowls, knives and all sorts of fun kitchen tools! I bought my husband a set of steak knives for $50.
