Later on a messaged appeared saying my order was ready for pickup so I arrive to the store and proceeded inside with little pickup instructions. On the app it says to proceed with pickup but after clicking the button nothing happens so I decided to asked the lady up front. Instead of receiving help I was schooled / scolded like as if I was an employee doing wrong. I was told to read the instructions and it would give me a number but it didn't. I tried several time to tell her but she dismissed me keep in mind there was no customer around. I decided to listed to her directive and walk over to the pickup area only to find a massive organized bin of bags nothing stating my name. Reluctantly I approached her for help again and was met by the same response so I told her I would come back another time and this is when she decided to help but I don't think she wanted to help I think she wanted to prove me wrong. Only when she attempted to used my app herself she found out the same issues I was having. No apology she proceeded to use her table to find my order info and order number to direct me to the correct bin. I proceeded back to the bins picked up my item and left. I will never use this service again or visit this location again. And unfortunately I have more kohls cash expiring this month and I'll let it expire because it's not worth the problems.

So we were just passing through from Omaha ne to orange country Ca - so i stopped for the night in Pratt and in the morning got about 10 mins outside of town and my tire pressure light came on so I backtracked and came back to this Walmart. Called ahead to see if they were busy and the got me in quick!! They didn't carry my tire size but no big the nail in my tire was plugable. They got me on the road in about an hour :) I'm a happy camper and it didn't ruin my trip. Hopefully the patch will get me to Albuquerque where I can get a new tire. YAY WALMART you guys rock!

She kept talking to another customer and trying to rush me along even though there was no one behind me. She asked cash or gift card back; which I assumed I'd need to bring my debit card since a woman on the phone asked if I'd bring it. I did pay partial cash and partial card that day so it didn't really bother me, but when I tried to apologize about the confusion she just gave me an annoyed look. I work in customer service and I know how frustrating customers can be and I honestly did my best to remain kind and even apologetic since my return was a bit trivial, but I feel like her attitude towards me was unwarrantedly bitter. As soon as I walked through the door I was not greated well at all I had multiple employees give me the dirtiest looks and not even say hello to me. As I was walking around the store multiple employees were following me and I kept hearing them say I lost sight of her and I have eyes on her as if I was attempting to shoplift. As I was looking through the little girls dress clothes an employee with green hair approached me and asked me to leave the store at once (I hadn't even picked anything up and I had been in the store for approximately 5 minutes) I asked the employee why I need to leave the store and if something was wrong and then she accused me of shoplifting many little girls clothes like dresses and other such things. Once again I had not picked anything up and was in the store for 5 minutes. The employee said they caught me on camera putting such clothes into my purse. I asked her to see the footage and she declined then I asked to speak to her manager and she replied that the manager wasn't working that day. I work in retail and I know that there always has to be a manager working or some kind of boss. She then demanded I leave the store at once or she would call authorities. I then opened my purse to show her I had nothing except my own personal belonging in it. Also a reminder most of their clothes have tags on them to prevent shoplifting. The employee just ignored that there was nothing in my purse (which is not even big enough to put a full sized wallet in) and she demanded I leave once again. This employee is the rudest lady I have ever met! I am so disappointed in Kohls for hiring such a ferocious person. I was going to buy my girls some spring tops and cute little dresses that I thought they'd look adorable in but I never got the chance to because this woman kept demanding I leave and none of the other employees said anything to her or came over to question what all the commotion was about they were all just staring at me like I had done something wrong. I then asked the employee if I could at least buy the few things I had in my cart. She then screamed at me to get the hell out of the store. This was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I am writing this review and I will be in touch with headquarters about this employee and demand she be fired for such atrocious action. I am thankful my children were not with me when all this went down. I will never visit any Kohls store ever again because of this one awful employee that kicked me out for doing nothing wrong. I have never experienced anything like this and I know a couple of workers there and will be in touch with them about this too. I am so disappointed in this woman and Kohls because that was one of my favorite stores to buy clothes and new shoes but I will never return!! I just now called the customer service desk, and no one answered…read more The call was because I'd left a message yesterday afternoon for a specific manager who'd contacted me to call me again and for the desk to hang onto evidence I'd provided them two days ago related to a foreign object in an item purchased there that damaged my tooth. Overall, Kroger wants me to file the claim (complete with personal medical/dental information) with a call center that doesn't even provide a physical address in their emails. Oh, and my dentist's office is just a few blocks from the Dillons involved...
