I was told that I should have told them when they called me that this time wouldn't work for me and that they were sorry that being told they were running behind wasn't good enough for me (a tad snarky in my opinion). Never mind the fact that I waited nearly an hour *after* the adjusted 4:20 time; far longer than the "couple minutes" I was informed of when I arrived. Two days later i took a shower using the shampoo and conditioner (recommended and bought at the salon) that is supposed to help the color stay in and i made sure to take a freezing shower so the color stayed. Despite my best efforts the shampoo pulled the color right out, and it has continued to fade since.
