They should be Walgreys because the walls are def grey, but whatever. It's never my fave pharmacy because of the prices, but this one usually has what we need, even if the shopping experience is iffy. Also greys are what I cover with the product from here. See, this Walgreens is all about security and it can take awhile to get checked out (but not by the guys constantly checking Barbie out here), and even can be a little shady sometimes, but they have things that some of the other stores donut (get it, donut), and they have some good sales, and we have never had an awful experience so I'm giving them a good rating - and an extra star to them for being open later than your mother's brothel. read more

Hell. No. I came here the day after Walgreens sent me an email saying to pick up merchandise from a drive up service. I was gonna buy some supplements from Walgreens app. The merchandise actually didn't exist on the shelves. And, what pick up service? Ok. I can deal with walk in. I found signs of social distancing at few spots in the store. But customers were not fully in compliance to CDC requirements. I was crowded with customers waiting in pharmacy line. There was no a lot of space between aisles. I kept feeling elbows touching my back. Hell. No. That ain't social distancing. Then, I heard someone coughing up a storm in the next aisle. Gone. I was gone. I got out of store as fast as I could. That was my story in April 2020. read more

Delivery drivers beware!!!! I was sitting at this Walgreens Monday, 16 August 2021. I had someone tried to break into my car. While I was sitting in my car waiting for a delivery order. Unfortunately for the sorry sack of shit thief, I carry. Once the individual realized what was pointed at his forehead when he was trying to break in to my back passenger side window, he took off running. Him and a group of other pieces of shit jumped into a newer model yellow Camaro. Probably at the very least 2018 or newer and drove away. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location. Ever, never and effin never again. Get some security for the love of God Walgreens. read more

Just a heads up for whoever buying anything there. Few cars had their window broken and cops were called on the scene but never showed up or even when driving by the store, they never stopped by. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend that spot to shop due to not having any security measure. Stay safe everyone. read more

What the fuck! Why is there always an issue with this store? I been coming here since 2000. Always a beggar outside . Run out of some item l need. Rude or stupid manager. Today l just want to put money on my card. I was able to do 3 days ago. $300 without and ID ( some reason you need ID) . Today l left my wallet at home and l use my phone to make a deposit usually. This manager refuses even when l can tell him my DL #. Its the closes store near by and today is my last time ever going back. CVS is a little drive away but l never have any issues. read more

What can I say? It's Walgreens. I hate trying to exit from this place....but it's the closest location to my daddy's house. The few times I've been here, the salespeople aren't overly attentive. When we dropped off my dad's prescription, the girl seemed irritated that we dared do it during her shift. When we went back to pick it up, the other girl was much nicer :) When I went in there yesterday, the girl was stocking the shelf as I was searching for cold medicine. She stopped what she was doing and began helping me. I liked that! Normally I get ignored or the salespeople start talking to each other. The girl was pleasant at the register too. Overall I like the one closer to my house because I am like Norm there...everyone knows my name....lol read more

This pharmacy had one outstanding employee. Her name is Fatima. Whenever she was off, it was a shit show. Now that she is gone, it is the worst pharmacy, either dumb, argumentative , lazy employees. They didn't know what express pay was and argued with me about it until the pharmacist confirmed that I was right. Pathetic. This pharmacy needs to fire everyone and start over. And when they do, they can get Fatima to teach them how to do it properly. read more

They are so unprofessional. I scheduled my Covid vaccine online for today and once I showed up they said they "ran out" and that they gave the vaccines to whoever got there first. Then what's the point of making an appointment?! I drove all the way there for nothing. Such a waste of time. My husband misplaced his phone at the pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy searched but was not able to locate it. Today, I was called by Utah, who works in pharmacy, and phone had been turned in. This is the most transient Walgreens I have ever been in. The parking lot is always full, the line is always long and the clerks are lackadaisical. The store could use a good cleaning and the staff needs to be a bit more friendly. Each time I have been here, I feel like I need to have my pepper spray handy, just in case.... I've been an excellant customer at my nearest walgreens for 10 or more years because their close to me..unfortunately this last year they seem to have changed alot and gotten really bad.I mean the pharmacy portion only.First..one day when i presented my prescriptions for my pain meds to the pharmacist( a she)whom i have seen for years like i mentioned before..she told me that they werent going to fill anymore of my pain doctors prescriptions any longer due to their application for acreditdation needed something else..so there i was left to have to take the bus all over town or wherever to find my pain meds before i got ill..other walgreens fill them just fine as a matter of fact..ive found one where they dont run out,and their fast and happy to fill my doctors prescriptions so im content now..but after being a apparently not valued customer for so long..this is the way they do me? then today..saturday i went to pick up some other meds and they were 30 minutes late in opening..theres just no customer service there anymore..its like their apathetic.this is the one on bellaire in houston texas 77036 I'ts sad to see them go down hill like that.and i even asked them today also btw did they ever get my doctors problem remedied? you know what the answer was? they didnt know..I could ask my doctor.. ha ha well my doctor doesent see the problem Every other pharmacy in the city doesent have a problem with them..just this one main pharmacist..I wish i had a car so i could tranfer ALL of my meds to this other REAL pharmacy i go to now is all.. dont go to the one in sharpstown houston texas. read more
