She explained the hearing test clearly and in a way I could understand. Turns out my hearing in that left ear has declined further and Dr MacCrae fitted me with. Lyric hearing aid. This thing is amazing. No one can see it and after a few days of wearing it I forgot it was there. The Difference in my hearing is astonishing. I had no idea the difference it would make to have it corrected. I would highly recommend Dr MacCrae and the Hearing Health Center. Dr MacCrae made me feel like family!

When I called out the huge difference in price and asked for an adjustment, I did not receive anything and I have been a loyal patient now on my 3rd pair from Hearing Health. Retired Doctor Ray & everyone knows my left ear is good. Since I couldn't get the tablet to work, the staff answered all the questions for me & told me to sign the Compliance Form to pay them extra $25 - I didn't understand it nor knew what I was getting into - I Was Forced To Sign It. When I had to look for a new audiologist a couple years ago, I had a recommendation to come here…read more Regina (the owner/audiologist) was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. She had me fitted for a top-of-the-line hearing aid brand and met with me several times to ensure the hearing aids were working correctly. During the first few months, I was having problems with the hearing aids (they were a brand new product) and she patiently worked with me and the hearing aid company to ensure that I had the perfect hearing aids. When I had problems with the hearing aids again a year later, she worked well with me again to get them fixed. I am very thankful for all the hard work she has put into my experience (as well as the few battery samples she's shared with me) and will be staying with her as long as I can. (As for the troubling hearing aids? None of it was her fault -- it was all on the company. She did what she could.) I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an audiologist.
