Customer Service experience triggered PTSD. In drive thru, Porsha, I will never forget name as she slammed name badge on window and spelled her name letter by letter eyes bulging and seething. Waiting 2 days on a desperately needed prescription. Was told would arrive on the truck today. Pinged to say was there. But when we went in to get it - Nope didn't arrive. No signal anything was wrong. They did not try to transfer to another Walgreens in town or elsewhere. They had no idea when it might arrive or give a rat's ass. They told me they could not fill my prescription in Greenwood S.C. Because it was too soon. So I went home to SCC Florida to find out they did refill it. Offered no assistance just said I had to call my Dr. Incompetent people. I have no meds for another day. Ridiculous. read more

I needed help making a photo book for a gift. The cashier working went above and beyond to help me with designing it. She checked in with me several times and offered suggestions to enhance the book. All the employees are very helpful and the manager always has a smile on her face. read more

I usually do my business with the South Main location.. I will from now on. I utilized the drive thru to obtain some Claritin D in order to prevent contact etc bc of the Corona virus. I was quickly informed that to purchase that I would have to come inside. We parked, I made my way to the pharmacy, waited my turn, only be very rudely addressed. I stated my needs, standing in the appointed spot on the floor. I asked about pricing where the worker began slapping the shelf edge telling me they were posted. I kindly explained I could not see them and asked again only for her rudeness to elevate. I turned and left after she repeatedly hit the shelf as if I was STUPID informing me of where ten different products were located and I could see the prices. I visited the SOUTH MAIN pharmacy drive thru, purchased the needed meds from a helpful employee who didn't seem to have a problem with my skin tone. Both at the Montage location seemed as if.. this was Jan 9, 2021 at 1:25pm.. I despise the rude treatment received at a pharmacy from staff who seem to single out Caucasian ladies with vision problems. I will not be back. read more

Can't return product purchased at different Walgreens store. Dumb. Rudy doesn't seem to care.

The pharmacy sends vets to the end of the line. I came in to get a flu shot which I can have per my VA health account. I was in line a good 10 minutes before the next couple came in to get a flu shot as well. I filled out my paperwork and sat down behind the screen waiting for the pharmacist to come and give me the flu shot. Rude older lady comes out and says go over to the waiting area and sends the couple to the screened area to get their shot first. Then I was called over. Spoke to the pharmacist and he said my paperwork was on top but since they were in the area he got them first. Needless to say I am non plussed with this walgreens. If you are a vet they send you to the back of the line. I've been to the back of the line walgreens! How about taking me first when I'm first in line! read more

I want to say that Darlene is by far the worst cashier I have ever seen she is rude and she profiles people!!! I walked into Walgreens with my niece and my niece bought a pack of cigarettes actually she tried to buy a pack of cigarettes however she was told that she was with me and her cousin that we would have to show ID as well because she was buying cigarettes mind you my niece is 19 years old and her cousin is 24 and I myself am 32. Then when I asked Darlene! Why I had to show ID she got ugly really ugly!! I guess it's because the manager and she got uglier and told me that she didn't care if we weren't buying the cigarettesthat we had to show ID because we were with her I never in my life have had to show ID for somebody else that was buying cigarettes the manager came and agreed with the cashier and by the way it was just as rude as the cashier was I am done with this Walgreens I don't believe the Darline needs a job in the public eye. -Christal Butler read more
